Welcome to the Blue House on Edgewood! Come enjoy this historic property on the West side of Atlanta's most celebrated neighborhood, Inman Park. The Blue House is a 5 minute walk to the Beltline, a 5 minute walk to the MARTA station and a 5 minute walk to over a dozen restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Come enjoy a calm, peaceful environment right in the middle of the city.
The space
Welcome to historic Inman Park.
The Edgewood Blue House is a 100 year old American Four Square that has been tastefully renovated into a modern masterpiece. The space is open, airy and full of natural light. We hope you feel calm, relaxed and at ease during your stay.
The downstairs features a living and dining area with two operational gas fireplaces, as well as a piano. Our dining table has seating for 8 as well.
The kitchen and den comprise one open space, with seating for 4 at the kitchen counter and 4-6 adults on the couch. The brand new 65" TV looks amazing and features all of the usual streaming services as well as YouTube TV.
Enjoy lightning fast fibre internet from ATT as well. Stream as much as you like!
The kitchen features a high end Italian appliances from Bertazzoni and Liebherr.
If you're into coffee please enjoy our Rancilio Silivia espresso machine with grinders for regular coffee and decaf.
Small appliances include a VitaMix, air fryer, Cusinart, KitchenAid mixer, french press, and a tea kettle.
Head upstairs to a central hall where you'll find 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and the master bathroom complete with a HUGE bathtub and shower, as well as a separate water closet. The laundry is also found here.
Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and a bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 3, which features 2 double beds.
Take the spiral staircase up to the third floor where you'll find Bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 also has a small kids area with bean bags and a TV with an Amazon Firestick for the little ones.
The spacious back yard and patio features an outdoor dining table with seating for 6. Or head on up to the front porch and enjoy the view from the couch or the front porch swing!
World Cup travelers WELCOME TO ATLANTA!!!
Our house is a perfect home base for the matches. Walk out of the front door, turn right, walk 5 mins and you're at the Inman Park MARTA station. Take any train going West 4 stops and you're a 5 min walk to Mercedes Benz Stadium. End to end it's about 20 mins of travel time to and from the stadium depending on how the trains are running. No traffic, no parking etc to worry about.
