Self contained open plan studio, double bed with luxury bedding, kitchenette and full bathroom with amazing views over British farmland and the Lakeland hills located in the Eden Valley, very peaceful and tranquil.
All you need for a relaxing break in the lakes, perfect for stop over on route between North/South

The space
A spacious studio apartment with clearly defined areas of kitchenette. lounge and bedroom with full bathroom. . It’s a light and airy space, providing all you could need for a relaxing short stay.
Comfy double bed and luxurious bedding. Large relaxing sofa in the living area, TV with freeview and new electric heating
.Walk in wardrobe giving plenty of space for longer stays, also spare towels and Essentials found in here.

Bathroom with bath, power shower over bath, ( basic toiletries provided) large fluffy towels after a soak in the tub to recover from a hard day . The kitchenette area has toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, iron and board. Crockery etc, teas and coffee provided. All renovated in 2025
A quiet and private space, with its own access and fully enclosed Italian inspired garden, safe for pets. it's handy for Penrith (10 min drive) and the lakes. Lovely balcony with uninterupted views to the fells, perfect to relax and kick back with a glass of something cold.
it's a very handy place to stop en route between north/ South travellers, being quite handy for the M6, jct 41 is about 5 mins away.

Parking for 1 car in grounds of property. please park sensibly and at your own risk.

It’s a unique space in the grounds of another property, but fully independent.

There is a nice walk around the fields for dogs too.


IMPORTANTLOCATION. THERE ARE NO PUBS OR SHOPS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE penrith is the nearest town with shops, pubs restaurants etc which is 10 min drive. The fethers at kirkoswald is a great pub.
What we do offer are fantastic country views, peace and quiet and a great place to stay set in lovely countryside

First floor apartment. The access is via outside steps up to balcony and front door so not really suitable for those with mobility issues or young children. Private spacious patio to enjoy, which is secure for pets to roam Thr kitchenette has sink, microwave, coffee machine and kettle toaster and fridge. Also cutlery plates mugs, supply of tea, coffee sugar
