Cozy 2/1 upstairs apartment conveniently located and within minutes of many amenities. Completely renovated! New backyard space with floating deck and BBQ grill. Comfortable queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the second room with small workspace. There is a washer/dryer in unit and on site parking. Why pay more to stay in a 2 star hotel?

NO MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE. The property is monitored. More than 4 ppl is trespassing. Thank you for following the rules.

The space
Decorated in a Pensacola Beach theme! Airy and light, this small space is well appointed and comfortable so guests can unwind and feel at home.

Many items are provided complementary for guest use, including laundry soap, cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, ice chest, salt/pepper, beach chairs, beach mat, and a few kcups to get you started. Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own.

The day of check-in, you will be sent the lock box code. If you do not have the airbnb app, you will not get instant notification and you will need to monitor your email for this information.

If you have severe scent allergies, please let me know in advance. I can usually accommodate you.

Absolutely no smoking or pets! You of course can smoke outside but dispose of your butts.

No more than 4 people overnight, including children. Day guests are fine just no parties, and be considerate to the neighbors and downstairs guests if present. Noises can carry downstairs. Don't throw down bags or move furniture, especially late at night.

The only shared space is the driveway. You are permitted no more than 2 vehicles. If you bring a second vehicle and there are guests present downstairs, park single file.

The unit is not arranged with infant safety in mind. There are front and back stairs. Consider booking the downstairs unit "East Hill Roost" if you have small children.

Basic essentials are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, kcups, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, toilet paper, and trash bags. However, these items are not perpetually restocked. If you have an extended stay, you will be responsible for supplying your essentials once the initial starter supplies are exhausted.

Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own. Do not take bath towels to the beach.

When you depart, any dishes you used should be washed and trash removed. Return the key to the lock box and message me to let me know you've left. Check out is 11! Late check out is generally not possible as I often have new guests checking in the same day.

Funky quirky East Hill is where everyone wants to live! Be one of the locals and enjoy easy access to the beach (less than 20 min away) and all that downtown Pensacola has to offer. There are multiple venues in walking distance and the apartment is only a short drive from Baptist and Sacred Heart hospital.
