Inside The Fountain, a beautiful Art Deco building in an unbeatable location "South of Fifth," considered the best part of South Beach. Steps away from the beach, South Pointe Park and fantastic bars and restaurants (check out our list of suggestions). Located on a quiet street inside a gated complex. You must be 25 or older to rent at this property.

The space
Deluxe studio with several large windows, a spacious kitchen area, fold out sofa for a third guest, and washer/dryer in the unit. Two beach chairs, a small umbrella, and towels are available.

Guest access
The condo is situated on lush grounds with bougainvillea, orchids and palm trees with a small heated pool for dipping and relaxing. There is also an outdoor grill available. The building and grounds are gated. The street is quiet and beautiful.

Everything you could want is in close walking distance to the condo. The beautiful white sand beach with clear blue-green water is two short blocks. There are fantastic restaurants and bars within steps. Across the street are Deco/Citi bicycle rentals. There is a free trolley a block away that takes people in a loop around South Beach. A car is not needed but if guests decide to rent one, we can help with parking details.
