Jasmine is located in a beautiful Art Deco complex with lush, tropical gardens and a small heated pool. It's on a quiet street in the most sought after neighborhood in South Beach known as "South of Fifth." The condo is two blocks from the magnificent white sand beach, and is surrounded by fantastic restaurants and bars including Joe's Stone Crab, Milos, and Smith & Wollensky. A walk through nearby South Pointe Park is not to be missed. Guests must be 25 or older to book.

The space
Comfortable one bedroom condo with full kitchen, dining table and pull-out sofa. Several windows let in sun and overlook the pool. There are two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the sitting area. The welcoming space is perfectly appointed for your stay including cookware, beach chairs and towels.

Guest access
The condo is situated on lush grounds with bougainvillea, orchids and palm trees with a small heated pool for dipping and relaxing. There is also an outdoor grill available. The building and grounds are gated. The street is quiet and beautiful.

Everything you could want is in close walking distance to the condo. The beautiful white sand beach with clear blue-green water is two short blocks. There are fantastic restaurants and bars within steps. Across the street are Deco/Citi bicycle rentals. There is a free trolley a block away that takes people in a loop around South Beach. A car is not needed but if guests decide to rent one, we can help with parking details.

Other things to note
We use a combination of Pottery Barn and Brooklinen towels and linens.
