Centrally located 3-story cottage at 8.5 MP. Located a short walk from the locals favorite Outer Banks Brewing Station! The master suite is located on the top floor along with an open living room floor plan and fully stocked kitchen! The home has 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds. This cottage has just been completely renovated with all new furniture, paint, decor & 6 seater hot tub

The space
🚨 ‼️ WINTER NOTES:
Exterior shower and hot tub are unavailable in the month of January and February! We only open in March if it books up per usual without a fee; There is a fee to have the hot tub on during these months for your stay. Please know you cannot cancel due to not knowing this in advance.. it’s in our property description.

Complimentary coffee for your stay along with all the travel necessities! Cream, sugar, razors, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash —you name it, we’ve set it out for you! Another close by historic attraction is the Wright Brothers Memorial, which can be seen from the deck of the cottage. Lots of outdoor activities that include tennis courts across the street, access to beach cruisers or connect to the walking/cycling trails that run directly to the memorial. Visit the sound side for a different perspective view of the Outer Banks!

Other things to note: Located on the bottom level we have an outdoor shower. The living room dining table seats 8, and 4 at the bar. Enjoy keyless entry for a contactless check-in. Key code sent the day of check-in. Driveway can fit 4 cars comfortably. Access to Blackstone grill is available for outdoor cooking as well. (not the gas rack grill) High speed Internet is included. Please keep in mind this is a NO-smoking property and pets are ONLY permitted with fee & approval.

*HOT TUB is closed winter months through March 27th (weather dependent) unless you request it open for a $200 fee** We do need a 4 day notice**

***PET DEPOSIT required after booking——(if not included in invoice) please PM before booking with a pet (weight; breed; number of pets must be included for consideration by host)

***Cleaning fee for SUMMER (June-August) is not the same fee as our winter months. Winter prices are much lower & 2027 summer fee is higher. Our check-in time in the summer is also not the same as our winter months. Summer check-in time is 5PM; non-negotiable for tight turnover schedules. Please keep these BOTH in mind when booking your upcoming stay! Late checkouts cannot be accommodated & will accumulate a fee***

Guest access
The entire home minus the “private” labeled closet in the kitchen on the top level. In the event you find this closet unlocked please do not open it as we do have a security camera in there. It is supposed to be locked at all times, however sometimes vendors forget to lock it. Should you ever discover it unlocked please lock immediately, items inside are not for guest consumption.
The shed door under the carport to the right is also off-limits and not our entry door. (Entry door is located to the left)

Other things to note
6 seater hot tub under carport.
No smoking permitted on the property.
Pet bookings are case by case for approval.
Trash is 100% responsibility of the guests & city schedule— if you do not roll your trash out at the end of your stay it will be missed for pick up & the incoming guests will be stuck with your garbage. Please be mindful of this: our trash day schedules per season is in the house manual. If trash is “overflowing” please haul it off or a $300 fine will be implemented for someone having to come service to pick up.
