Bright riverfront apartment with a fresh beach look and a private balcony overlooking the Banana River. Only a 3‑minute walk to the beach. Layout with a separate kitchen, ideal for couples or small families (up to 4). Shared pool and garden, plus free kayaks to explore the river and spot dolphins or manatees. •1x living room with a couch that converts into a queen size bed (suitable for one adult or two children), dining space, flat-screen TV with satellite TV,
•1x kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, ´dishwasher, glasses, cutlery, and crockery for 6 people, freezer, refrigerator, toaster,
•1x bathroom with shower, towels, beach towels
•1x open balcony with direct view of the Banana River and BBQ
•1x pool (shared with the other 2 units)
If you are planning to stay at our apartment with more than 4 persons please do not hesitate to contact us: it is possible to rent the other 2 apartments in the house in addition to ours.

This apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building consisting of 3 apartments. It is the perfect place for couples and small families and is equipped for up to 4 persons.

Relax with an amazing view from the open balcony over the Banana River. Watch the sunsets or dolphins and manatees. Explore the Banana River from our lush garden with our 2 kayaks, or go fishing.

It is only a 3-minute walk across the street to the Atlantic Ocean with its extensive beaches which invite you to go walking or surfing. You will usually share the beach with only a few people. For more entertainment bars and restaurants are close by - many with direct beach or riverfront seating.

You are in a perfect location for many entertaining activities. Orlando is only a 60-minute drive away with the world-famous theme parks and shopping malls. On the horizon, you can see the Kennedy- Space-Center which is very interesting to explore.

Since Cape Canaveral with its huge cruise ship harbor is only a 20-minute drive away be our guest before or after your cruise.

The apartment has all the essential amenities like AC (central) and free WiFi.

You will have the full appartment for yourself. You will share the pool and spacious gardens with the tenants of the 2 other apartments.

Please remember that you are staying in a vacation home, not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

That is also why I bought together with my sister and brother in law a vacation home in Florida when there was an opportunity. We love our place in Cocoa Beach and love to share it with other travelers. It is a true beach house in a relaxing atmosphere. I like to explore other unique homes rented for travels.
