The space
Dolly’s Dreamhouse is a few blocks away from the trendiest new restaurants, bars and boutique shops in East Nashville. This 4-story Dolly Parton themed Dreamhouse has a huge following and is always in demand.

The neighborhood is filling up with million dollar residential homes and is known for its burgeoning art community, up and coming musicians and venues, trendy boutiques and popular bars & restaurants.

In addition to all the newest and most contemporary spots, there are two Michelin Award Winning Restaurants close by: Rolf And Daughters; and Tailor Nashville.

1. Location to Downtown is unbeatable. Broadway is 8-10 minutes away! Cheap and Easy UBER to Downtown (no interstates).
2. A completely open floor plan and a “great room” on the 2nd floor. A large dining room flows into an amazing kitchen, with top notch appliances, which leads into a large family room with a 60" TV, a large velvet chair the converts into a very comfortable large twin bed and two, super comfy 9' sofas. The spectacular PRIVATE Rooftop Deck, includes a 6' X 6' Projection TV and Projector that easily hooks up to iPhone/Android. PLUS, a light up Billboard Marquee with all the letters you’ll need to write a custom message. Favorites include: "She Said Yes", "Happy Birthday" and "Bachelorettes Are Partying".
3. Three Bedroom Suites all with attached, private bathrooms and large closets.
Plenty of room for large groups, PLUS, with the "endless" hot water heater, everyone can enjoy a long, hot shower, consecutively.

This is a 4-story Townhouse with a “one of a kind” rooftop on the 4th floor. (No elevator). From there you can see the Nashville skyline while BBQ'ing, watching movies, playing cornhole, laying out on beautiful, Restoration Hardware wicker patio furniture including dining room table, chairs, couch, chaise lounges, a giant, family sized umbrella and a gas
firepit.

Two car attached garage! Plus free street parking. You can also parallel park in front of the closed garage door, so it's like having 3 private parking spots.

They say life is about stringing memories together, well get ready to have several great moments that you'll string together into laughing, singing, sporting, sitting, super outrageous, some sleeping, and surprising memories! I'm a recent transplant after my daughter graduated from college here, I love everything about Nashville, except the humidity. Luckily that's only a brief portion of the year and I hear it's great for the skin! I'm having a blast creating my Airbnb's so guests who come to this super fun town, have an unbelievable experience.
