Our condo unit is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring:

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the unit. The property is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible via elevator.

POOL ACCESS:
Pool access is subject to availability and must be requested at least 3 days prior to your stay. Requests made less than 3 days before arrival are not guaranteed, but we will still do our best to secure passes for you.

Access is free for the first three guests. Additional guests will be charged ₱150 per person, payable directly to the PMO.

Pool schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM–12:00 NN and 2:00 PM–5:00 PM.

You can buy your groceries and other essential needs. Watsons is also inside SM Hypermarket Deca, where you can buy medicine in case a need arises. You can also buy cakes and other pastries at Goldilocks for special occasions. Chooks to go is also there.

Ambers, Kaps Tapsi and Andoks are also located just outside Urban Deca Homes.
