We had a great stay overall! The Airbnb was clean, well-organized, and smelled fresh. We loved the entertainment options, especially the board games and PS4, and had a blast playing Twister, Tekken, and Just Dance. The utensils and amenities were mostly provided, and the host was very responsive to our inquiries about any missing items we might need, though we did miss having slippers, so be sure to bring your own. That said, the room's proximity to the fire exit was convenient but may have contributed to an issue we faced of red, itchy spots on our feet, ankles, and arms, possibly from jumping bugs or fleas coming through the open exit. It was uncomfortable and a bit frustrating, and we feel it would’ve been helpful to get a heads-up about this beforehand. Despite that, we still had a pleasant stay, but this issue could definitely be improved.

We had a wonderful staycation! The host was very accommodating and organized, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The place itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained — perfect for a relaxing getaway. We celebrated the birthdays of two kids during our stay, and it couldn’t have been more special. The space was family-friendly and had everything we needed to make the celebration extra memorable. The kids had so much fun, and the adults enjoyed the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The location was convenient. Overall, it was a 5-star experience! Highly recommend this stay for families, celebrations, or just a relaxing break. Would definitely love to come back again!

100/10 Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay. Everything we need nasa unit na. Very responsive din si Ms. Ericka. Bitin kaya we’ll go back with our kids. Malapit na sya sa lahat, malls, fastfood, convenience stores, and laundry.

Place was very modern and clean. Location close to food and mall. Internet fast enough for virtual calls and work. Host was very helpful and accommodating.

Nice place to stay for our month long vacation, worth the price, convenient to all places to go around Quezon City and nearby towns. I recommend this place for staying. We plan to stay here again on next vacation. Thank you for all the clear information, prompt communication and responses. Wifi works fast too. We enjoyed our stay.

the host is very accommodating and all are being arranged by her so that we can have a smooth checked in. Tha place is good as well with internet. I guess just needs to improve the speed so that we can watch everything in the tv.. Overall super satisfied with the stay!!

The place is so quiet. We really enjoyed our stay at Dobbie House hosted by Regina, she is a great host. She provided us free bottled water and toiletries. Great place to stay. Regie and Rina are very responsive. Highly recommended.

It was an easy and quiet stay and near the PH Sports Arena indeed. Good place for those who have children who are fanatics of korean bands incase there will be concerts happening at the PH Arena. No hassle encountered and no traffic along the area. It was a good decision for us to rent this place while waiting for my daughter to attend the 17 concert on Jan. 19, 2025 instead of staying outside the arena. We were able to sleep and have a calm and peaceful wait time.

Great place, clean and well-maintained. Kristine was very responsive and accommodating. She was kind enough to turn the aircon on when we were on our way so the room is cold once we arrive -- the only way to combat this hot summer heat. The only con is the property. I found it too strict and unaccommodating. There was this annoying instance where someone kept ringing the room phone to inform us to move "our car" despite repeatedly saying that ours was parked properly in the free parking area. Still, they kept calling. It was so annoying. Thankfully, it was resolved swiftly by Kristine -- the place was packed due to the holidays and the guards prolly got confused good stay overall

Dobbie House 1 is so great!! The owners were responsive and friendly. We had a lot of requests, like early check in and late checkout and they were proactively updating us if our request is possible. TLDR: Sarah is very responsive in all our queries and easy to speak with. We were looking for a place to spend the night near San Fernando last minute, and she was able to accommodate us and arranged everything in a limited time from guest requirements and coordinating with PMO. She was so responsive even the questions we had during our stay. I’ll definitely book this again if we’ll go back here! :)

I have stayed In Redwoods prior but Rose's apartment was far better than the others . Newly refurbished and tastefully designed. The kitchen was impeccable the beds were comfortable. One small recommendation to improve the internet.

Super happy with our stay! The host was really easy to talk to—quick replies and even helped us change our booking date with no problem at all. The room was spacious, clean, and super comfy. Everyone from the kids to the seniors had a great time! There were so many things to do—board games, PSP, videoke—you won’t get bored. Plus, check-in was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions. Would definitely book again!

We stayed there for a night since we needed to attend a wedding. The host was really flexible in terms of check in and check out since we came from manila early in the morning. The place was really neat and tidy with all the things you need for a hotel or even more! However, there was a miscommunication in terms of the passcode needed before you enter. I totally understood that the host were asleep since it was already 3am when we arrived at their place so they were a little late in responding to our call or text. Regardless, the whole place is nice!

If it is your first time in Fairview, Gem's unit is definitely the place to rest. The host is always responsive and gave us clear instructions upon check-in/checkout. He also went to see us when we checked out. The only issue that we have in the kitchen is that the heater's lid not fully closing and the pan/pot is not thoroughly cleaned but aside from that the unit itself is perfect and we fully slept perfectly. I definitely love the bedroom + the netflix marathon with my barkada 💗 Gonna visit his unit again if we have another event in QC~
