Vacation rentals in Central Luzon

Raph was always responsive and helpful. The unit was clean and cozy, and it felt like home. Definitely staying again!

In March 2025, I booked this apartment for a few days. It is located in the old part of the Kandi Grosvenor area and is easy to reach by elevator. The security service is always friendly and reliable. The apartment is a pleasure for any BONDAGE - SHIBARI, it has stable attachment points! 2 Large TVs with Internet access. The Internet was always stable. The water pressure of the shower is 1A++, seers are also quick to respond if you have problems. But what you should keep in mind is that the apartment is in the old part, and therefore there are occasionally very small ants, but these are absolutely harmless. So don't leave sweets or food open!!! I liked the apartment and and I would book it again.

Ms Rhoda is very responsive, you may send a message and she will respond right away. The place is clean so as the bathroom and the bedroom's airconditioning is good and cold too! Which is a plus cause we have two infants with us. Over all, the place is nice and we instantly felt at home. Thank you, Ms. Rhoda!

Eunice and Kit were very responsive and helpful as host. The room was as described, the apartment itself stands out in BGC area, just opposite of Uptown Mall. The room was clean, we needed to stay on the floor and the arrangement for that was adequate, had no problem. The wifi and TV works nicely. The kitchen was clean. It was a great stay!

The place is very nice. There are guards who will help you in finding your parking slot. But if you can find your way on your own, it is okay too.probably because the guides were all still busy so we tried to find our slot on our own. The hosts were very friendly and helpful & gave clear instructions. They got us the extra parking slots we needed. The unit was clean and very homey. Only the 2 rooms have air conditioners but the living room gets cool enough if you open the rooms. An electric fan is provided in the living/dining room. Consider an extension cord if you want to get more of the cool air from the rooms going to the living/dining room. Kitchen is complete with the basic things you will need. Refrigerator is just the right size. There is a nice balcony as well to see the city. Overall it is a very homey and relaxing place if you want to chill. Can also enjoy with a small group of friends. Consider bringing your own shampoos and body/wash soap :-)

The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The location is excellent as it is central and near to everything. We enjoyed the stay in her unit and will surely come to her unit again in near future.

Ideal for family staycation the host is so responsive easy to check-in clear instructions nice boardgames we had a lot of fun on janga and scramble hehe 😅 Nice play smells nice atall i must say, reccommendable. Sadly we haven't had a time to swim because of the time and holiday fees too expensive also. Hihi next time probably. Thank You

Had a good experience at JK Coastal Inn. Location was convenient, amenities were solid, and the place was clean. Overall, a solid choice for a stay.
