1. Inner unit/no balcony but with access to roof deck for viewing.
2. No AC (cold weather & electric fans available)
3. Beds: 1 double with single pull-out. 2 pax and 3rd person to use pullout with minimal fee.
4. Approx 21 sqm. On the 5th Flr. Bldg with elevator.
5. With small kitchen, light cooking allowed.
6. Check-in is@2pm and check-out by 11am.
7. Check-in after 4pm can be arranged with the frontdesk.
8. Pay parking per availability. P350/night for car & P250/night for motorcycle. Number Coding in effect.
9. Pls check other amenities provided.
