I had a wonderful time staying at Darwin’s place. The place looks so good and I was able to sleep well during my stay, I feel right at home. The bed and super comfy and the bathroom is big. Kitchen area is equipped with everything I need to cook quick breakfast during my stay. What stood out the most is the host itself. Darwin is responsive before, during, and after my stay. I arrived a bit earlier than check in time and he was able to accommodate my early check in request. I’m looking forward to staying at his place again once I’m back in the area in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Jay’s place. Jay and his caretaker were very accommodating and helpful. We liked his place, very clean and well-maintained. We will definitely book this place again.

The place is perfect! • Sleeping: 1 Double Bed with single Pull-out plus a Sofa Bed. • Kitchen: You can cook! • Wifi: Quite fast. They have Netflix. • Toilet: Very clean! The washing machine is a bonus. • Balcony: Facing the pool area. • Pool Area: Amazing! • Location: Near the elevator. Alfamart is just around the corner on the Ground Floor. • Host: Very responsive and attentive to our needs despite the holidays (Highly appreciate this) This unit is highly recommended! We will definitely book again.

I stayed at this place for a couple of days and it was nice. The ac was very strong, so it was nice since it’s so hot in Manila. Overall the place was very clean and very aesthetic. One thing to consider though is that Makati is a big party area so there is loud music at night. Again though it is a great place for a nice price!

I recently stayed at P’s Place for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. Our kids had an amazing time swimming in the pool, which was a definite highlight of the trip. Having a basketball area was a big plus as well—plenty of fun competition for the entire family! The rooms were just right for our group, providing enough space and comfort for everyone. The hosts and the caretakers were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was perfect. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough for families looking for a cozy, convenient, and fun place to stay.

Gui was very responsive and kept us well-informed throughout the process. The unit is great for a short stay, offering a comfortable and peaceful environment. While there was a minor issue with the shower, it didn’t affect our overall experience. The area is quiet and convenient, with easy access to nearby shops for snacks. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

I recently booked with Sander’s Munting Balai and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The Host was friendly and professional, and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. I will definitely be returning!

The place was perfect for my daughter’s sweet 16th bday. No karaoke so it was peaceful and quiet. We were allowed to play music and we’re very mindful to lower down the volume during late night. Lots of greenery. They allowed us to decorate the attic room where my daughter and her friends held their pajama party. No wifi but we already prepared pocket wifi and data and it was already mentioned in the property description. The host was very accommodating as well as their caretaker. Will definitely book again and also recommend!! :)

Despite our specific check-in and check-out requests, the hosts were incredibly accommodating and made the whole process smooth and hassle free. I’m originally from Taytay Highway 2000, but due to some conflicts, we needed a place nearby and luckily, we found this hidden gem! The area is safe, the signal is strong, and the neighborhood is peaceful, making it a great spot for relaxation and bonding. Thank you again to our amazing hosts! We’ll definitely book again soon.

The place feels like home. Clean and very convenient to stores and public transportation. Highly recommended. Allan, our host responds quickly and is very friendly.

I enjoyed our stay and the accommodation was just right for the price. We enjoyed the internet WIFI and Nextflix. For future visitors, please note that you have to bring your own drinking water, toiletries, and bath towels. The pool and other amenities also come with a price. Still, thank you for hosting!

I am pleased to highly recommend Nancy's crib for your stay. Communication with Nancy was seamless and straightforward. I had no issues with the check-in process, as Levs, her agent, was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Whenever I needed assistance, they responded promptly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend this room to others. It is truly a rare find for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

sir aris's place was really good and the best ay yung sound system nya. It feels like home rin. The only problem that we had was the ilaw in the kitchen area but sir aris help us to fix the situation naman and he's very responsive naman. Suggetion lang na pede sigurong palitan ung style ng ilaw na yellow to something na medyo light. Yun lang in over all 10/10 talaga. Recommended sya especially kapag new year dahil sa city view feels

Stayed overnight and we had lot of things to do. The gaming console, boardgames and karaoke has been enjoyable. Complete amenities as well , we feel at home. We will definitely Come back ☺️
