The space
Devenger Springs is a 1342 sq. foot single family ranch style home that has been renovated and stylized to provide the home-away-from home retreat feel. Indulge in the privacy of having a quiet and simple home located in the quaint suburb of Devenger Place that is just minutes to fantastic dining, grocery stores, Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, Haywood Mall, Thornblade Country Club & Golf Course, Top Golf and more.
As you enter through the doorway, you’ll find the kitchen, living room and dining room.
If you take a right, you’ll enter the kitchen where you will find a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, assortment of spices, coffee & tea bar, toaster, blender, pots and pans and all the amenities needed for preparing the perfect meal. Make a culinary masterpiece for you or your family with all the supplies you’ll need right at your fingertips! Lowe’s Grocery store off Pelham Road will change you life, mark our words…
Next to the kitchen, tucked away in a private little corner is our “breakfast nook” set up for the home office experience and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi log-in credentials can be found in our house manual. Get your work done peacefully while gazing out the window and sipping on your morning coffee.
The dining room is located between the kitchen and the living room where you will find a long table with seating for 6. It is a place where culinary creations are to be enjoyed!
The living room is a design-conscious open space providing plenty of seating with our long comfortable sofa, extendable coffee table, coat closet, fireplace and Smart TV that is where you can access your own streaming accounts - not supplied by Devenger Springs. The coffee table has cards and games ideal for a rainy evening or family game night. Long day of sightseeing or golf? Unwind with a glass of wine on the sofa or stream of Netflix.
The first bedroom is right off the living room to the left, which features a full size bed with a fluffy duvet, crisp linens and plenty of pillows. It has medium sized closet with extensive hanging space and bins for clothing storage.
Directly across from this bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower, single sink vanity, plenty of plush towels/hand towels and storage for toiletries. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer and tissues.
The laundry room is attached to the bathroom listed above featuring a washer/dryer and washing supplies to facilitate your stay and ensure you’ll always have clean clothes.
As you walk down the hall way on your right, you will find the Master Bedroom that features a king size bed with king-sized pillows, a comfy duvet, spacious walk-in closet and TV. The Master bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom with two vanities, large shower/tub, supplied toiletries and medical kit. Have a soak in the tub while enjoying the natural light and decompressing for the day!
The third bedroom at the end of the hallway across from the Master Bedroom features a queen sized bed with its own closet and lots of natural light, it's the perfect space for some quiet time or getting cozy with your favorite book.
Last, but not least, is the alluring private patio and backyard accessible from the dining room/living room area. The covered patio features a vintage wood reclining daybed with fully enclosed linen curtains for that private cabana feel. Other amenities include an outdoor dining table, jenga, a gas grill and a retractable projector for a one-of-a kind movie watching experience. Yes, you can watch movies outside on the BIG SCREEN! The instructions on how to operate the projector will also be in our house manual. The fully enclosed backyard is perfect for kids as they have a place to play and feel safe while on vacation.

*Early check in or late check out (pending availability) available as an optional enhancement only, inquire for pricing. Otherwise please respect incoming guests and our cleaning team and be prompt for check out.
*Be sure to register all guests staying/present in the home. Airbnb has strict rules about added guests. The space is intended and priced for a maximum of 6 guests.
*We welcome families with children of any age. However, if you have babies or very young children, please note that the house does not have a crib or bassinet and has not been "child-proofed.” We are also located on a main road that has some high traffic during various periods of the day.
*As a part of check out procedures, guests are responsible for making sure all personal belongings are collected. Host is not responsible for forgotten/left behind items.
