This is the newest and modernly furnished 4-story, largest square footage, house listed in the Villages of Crystal beach gated community. There are other homes renting 6-bedrooms, but we are the only ones renting 3450 square feet (about 700 more square feet on average than all other 6bd homes) and renting 4 stories (not 3). You are a quick 5-9 minute two and a half block walk from the beach and are right next to all the amenities of the community including an unbeatable lagoon styles resort pool area, hot tub, grill and tiki hut bar. Destin Commons shopping center and Whole Foods are a short walk from the house. We love our home and are excited to let you fill it with more joy, laughter, and memories!

Our home is the largest and newest construction renting four stories with 2 covered porches in Villages of Crystal Beach. The home is the best home in the best location in Destin. It has 16 beds, 8 Smart TVs, and every amenity- if another house in the Villages of Crystal Beach community has an amenity, we have it plus more! Our guests can enjoy 2 YOLO surf/stand up paddle boards, 2 softek surf boards, and 2 150-gallon keter boxes full of complimentary beach gear! There is also a private outdoor grill.
LIVING ROOM #1/DINING/KITCHEN: The living room features a 65" Smart HD TV with a Samsung surround sound bar system. PlayStation and board games are also available for guests to use. Our kitchen features only the top of the line appliances including a Keurig, Vitamix, George Foreman Grill, toaster, slow cooker, low-decibel dishwashing machine, stainless steel refrigerator. Our laundry room has high-end washer and dryers.
BEDROOM #1: On the first floor, you have a large bedroom with a queen bed, full bath, walk-in closet, and Smart TV
For families with children, we have two high chairs and three pack 'n plays, infant bathtub, contoured changing pad, umbrella stroller, and toddler car seat.
BEDROOM#2: On the second floor, we have one bedroom with four large adult-size twin bunk beds with a full bath that has a shower-tub combo. Includes smart TV and walk-in closet.
BEDROOM#3: The second bedroom on the second floor, which has a door leading to the balcony that is perfect for lounging, has a wet bar, a king bed, and a bathroom that has two sections- one with a tub, walkin closet, and his-her sinks, and a second area with a closed-off shower and toilet.
LIVING ROOM #2: The third floor has a large living room with a wet bar and state of art wine fridge, another large Smart HD TV, multiple gaming systems, and access to the third floor balcony.
BEDROOM #4: The first bedroom on the third floor has a queen bed with access to a full bath. Includes Smart TV
BEDROOM #5: The second bedroom has a full-twin bed bunk. Includes smart TV and a closet.
LOFT: The four floor loft with a beautiful spiral staircase has a nook area (where we added a sofa futon)
BEDROOM #6: This large room on the fourth floor includes two twin beds and two trundle beds. Includes Smart TV.
All bedrooms have a Smart TV. We purchased the fastest internet plan available and also added internet boosters throughout the home.
We spent thousands of dollars on our landscaping to clear an access point from behind our home to a beach volleyball court and for our guests to have faster access to the beach. We have two large boxes of beach gear for our guests to use as well as small patio. The back of the home faces a grassy easement area where the kids can play; they don't have to play in the street.

Please note that our HOA allows a maximum of THREE CARS parked in the driveway and in the community. A license plate online registration for the THREE CARS allowed in the community will be required.
Other things to note
We have YOLO paddle boards for guests to use! Fully equipped home with all the details to make your stay a true vacation down to the HD television, Soundbar sound system, Keurig, grill, baby items (e.g. crib, stroller, high chair), and so much more. 2 living room TVs have cable and smart tv capability. 6 bedrooms have most updated smart TV capability. The beach and pool are the best entertainment, but in case it rains, we have DVD and video game libraries to provide endless entertainment!
