The space
What we like to the most amazing Gulf view... you will not realize how much time you spent in the balcony. It is so relaxing... Once you are inside the condo we believe you will like the newly purchased furniture and upgrades kitchen... you will take the benefit of high speed free internet access provided and you will have access to our free parking... We do recommend to all our guests not to miss the hot tub, indoor/outdoor pools and grills if you into it:) A new outdoor pool is about to be finished and we also can't wait for it...
Your access to the beach could not be any easier, no streets to cross for you and your loved ones. Just walk from Pelican Resort to the beach. That's .all it takes to reach the sugar white Destin beaches.. Within minutes of drive/walk from Pelican Beach Resort you will be able to reach all landmark restaurants, shops, grocery stores of Destin. Here are a little suggestion from us... Pelican Beach Resort, within walking distance, is located conveniently close the a lot of Destin attractions such as Henderson Beach State Park, and many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Also if you want to visit some major tourist attractions of Destin such as "Destin Harbor" it will be a short 10 minutes drive.
In our condo you will have access to Cable TV and our complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, Our condo will also offer you;
1) Two brand new smart TVs with DVD players, one located in living room and one in master bedroom both serving Cable TV
2) Coffee machine, toaster, and full kitchenware serving your needs accompanied by a newly purchased refrigerator with ice maker, microware, oven and a dishwasher
3) Newly purchased living room furniture , 2024, with sofa which can be used as a queen bed whenever required
4) Hallway has bunk beds which have been recently upgraded.
5) For your convenience iron/iron board, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer in bathrooms

IMPORTANT: Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
We do kindly expect all our guests to respect our cancelation policy and we do strongly recommend to all of our guests to have travel insurance
Important NOTICE: Pelican Beach Resort will have common walkways recoated until January 30th, 2024 as informed in our listing. Noise and dust are possible during this period.

Within the resort you will have access to amenities. please note the front beach umbrellas and seats can be rented from pelican beach resort directly. if you choose to do so we do recommend very early booking:)
