The Villa “De Liaison-Surfside’ is the ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries in the sunshine of Florida and is located in the most desirable locations in SW Cape Coral. The Villa De Liaison-Surfside offers you 3 bedrooms (1 King size and 2 Queen size Bed’s- and one ottoman that converts into a single bed) and 2 bathrooms, with 2,032 sq ft of Living. Area and huge screened lanai with NW exposure.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a desk.
Formal dining area with a beautiful chandelier and stained glass. The house is beautifully designed and decorated for your enjoyment
4 TVs can be found in Villa De Liaison-Surfside– in each Bedroom and Living room . The pool can be heated with an electric pool heater.
Special features of the house: Pizza oven in the lanai, pool with a hot jetted spa, bar and huge BBQ grill.
Smart TV in each Bedroom, fireplace in the living room and a very large master bedroom with a fireplace, seating area, desk and adjustable king size bed. The large master bathroom has a soaking tub and a huge shower.
Wine station in the living room with an espresso machine and Keurig coffee machine.
In the living room is a poker table for 4 players.
