The space
STAIRS TO THE CONDO: Please note that there are many stairs *down* to reach the condo. This allows for the Great lake views, but please keep in mind when booking.
Other things to note
INCLINE PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: Please note that the private beaches within the unincorporated town of Incline Village are managed by the Incline General Improvement District. We have NO control over the accessibility of these Private Beaches and we do not Warrant that you will have access to them during your visit.
There are any number of other beaches available in the area as well...some with no cost, state parks with a smaller entry fee, and ample number that you can hike to on the East Shore of the Lake that are free other than some energy to hike to them. Check out the alltrails app to learn more about beach hikes. Boat rentals are the best way to gain access to the lake and truly see everything that Lake Tahoe has to offer.
TOWELS: We provide regular bath towels, as well as smaller hand towels for guests :)
Weather in the Sierras can be unpredictable and road closures are a possibility. Travel insurance is recommended in case you can't make or if your plans change for any reason.

The full condo is for your use during your visit to our home. With 2 private parking spots! Privacy from the moment you arrive. Extremely quiet with breathtaking views of each days sunrise and sunsets.

Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. There are multiple steps to enter the property. This is not ADA compliant - on multiple levels, down to the amazing view.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. .
