The space
Downstairs bedroom has 1 queen bed, dresser, smart TV, 2 nightstands and closet. Upstairs is divided with a curtain, the back has 1 full bed, 1 twin bed, dresser and nightstand, minisplit a/c unit on wall, the front has 2 twin beds with shelf head boards, 2 closets and a fan. Large bathroom downstairs. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining room with beverage fridge and mini freezer (these are kept turned off so plug in upon arrival if needed) Front covered patio with 4 person table and 5 person bar table, new grill in 2024. Living room with smart TV and wrap around couch. Second living area with recliner and end table, game shelf, camping chairs for indoor or outdoor use. Fire pit out by creek. Washer in the basement and dryer in back mud room. Yard is uneven so be careful of dips/holes while traversing.
