Our space is ideal for weekend getaways or medium-term stays where you can work from home. We've carefully selected all the details to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive and to enjoy your stay to the fullest.

The space
This cozy apartment is located on a second floor, has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen and a laundry room.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, bureaus, lamps, a smart TV, and a tower fan for hot days. It has a private bathroom with a double oval sink, a dressing room, and a folding luggage rack.

In secondary bedroom 1, you will find a queen size bed, nightstand, TV stand, Smart TV so you don't miss any episodes of your series, and a tower fan.

In secondary bedroom 2, there are two comfortable single beds, a smart TV, a tower fan, a closet with a safe, and a folding luggage rack.

On the hallway leading to the bedrooms, there is a full bathroom shared by the two secondary bedrooms as well as the half bathroom that serves the apartment's social area. To make you feel at home, we have equipped the bathrooms with supplies such as toilet paper, a hand soap dispenser, towels, and shampoo inside the showers.

The social area consists of our living room - dining room, in a contemporary modern style. The beige-colored room gives a touch of elegance to the atmosphere and the modern lamps provide a different touch to this space.

The kitchen is open-plan and equipped with basic appliances: refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, stove with conventional oven, and extractor hood. And we also have a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine for those coffee mornings.

For your convenience, we have a purified water filter (Bebbia de Rotoplas) as well as dishes and utensils for 6 people and basic kitchenware.

In the laundry room you will find the water heater, a laundry center (washer/dryer), sink, a folding clothesline and various hardware items as well as cleaners and detergents.

Guest access
In order to enter the apartment, we will activate a code for the entrance lock and for arming and disarming the alarm.

We'll also provide you with a QR code to present at the condo's security booth for access.

Other things to note
Our condominium offers a wide selection of amenities for an exceptional stay. You'll have access to the gym or cool off in the pool, perfect for those sunny and hot days.

The condominium has a modern paddle tennis court as well as a children's area for the enjoyment of the little ones, who can have fun in a safe and fun environment.
