A private 2-bedroom apartment with its own entrance, on a quiet street in Brossard - 5 minutes from the Champlain Bridge and 15 from downtown Montreal.

An open-concept main room brings together the kitchen, dining area, and lounge. Both bedrooms sit apart from the bathroom with no shared walls, and with three separate sleeping areas the layout suits a family, two couples, or colleagues who each need their own bed.

Central air conditioning and heating are controlled from the main thermostat upstairs. We keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature and are happy to adjust it — just message us. The thermostats inside the apartment control the electric baseboard heaters only.

Guest access
You have the entire apartment to yourself. It occupies its own level of our home, with a private entrance of its own.

Park in the driveway in front of the garage, then walk through the gate on the right side of the house. Your door is in the fenced backyard, with no stairs along the way. Inside, 8 steps lead to the main living area.

The laundry room is inside the apartment and yours alone. Secure garage bike storage is available on request. The Route Verte cycling path runs right by the property.

Other things to note
Parking: One parking space is included, in the driveway in front of the garage. Street parking is not permitted in this neighborhood.

Getting around: The nearest bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the door, with service to Terminus Panama, where you can connect directly to the REM light rail into downtown Montreal. Uber and taxi service are readily available in the area. Quartier DIX30 is about 5 minutes away by car, and downtown Montreal about 15 minutes.

Note on transit: The REM station is not within walking distance. If you plan to rely on public transit, allow time for the bus connection.
