Enjoy lake life walking distance to restaurants, bars, parks, & shopping! Outdoor grounds are part of an HOA. Lower patio with grill is shared with another unit just below this one. HOA requires liability waiver for all adults (Find in the "House Manual" to pre-read). 1 dog under 30lbs ok w/$150 pet fee. Sandy bottom lake, but seaweed grows where shallow. The laundry room has a desk & 2 fold out chair beds. Ask about longer term stays. Great deals for the off season!

The space
Stocked for your convenience in the kitchen and for cleaning supplies. Hooks and open shelves are everywhere for easy access. Transforming or foldable furniture creates flexibility for smaller or larger groups.

*Wall a/c on main floor. Bedrooms each have a window or portable a/c.

Kayaks and paddleboards are available for use free of charge. Extra life jackets are in a deck box.
Pontoon available to rent in the summer. $250 for first day rental, $100 for each day after.

Three disc golf baskets are on the property. Discs provided.

We do not have formal docking for any extra boats. There is an informal spot we can let people use for $30/night if people accept their own liability that any damage from wind, waves, or anything else.

Guest access
Fully private main floor and second floor. Lower level is rented separately. Attached door between units is double locked on each side (like connecting hotel room doors). Lower level grill is shared.

Other things to note
At the end of July when the water get warmer the lake “blooms” with algae. Our less than five star reviews have been because of this and not having a resort quality beach . Please judge our place on the accommodations, we cannot control the water quality and the HOA prioritizes a natural shoreline. Our kids swim off the dock and have fun in the water, but if your kids are used to swimming pools they may not like to swim here. Always wear water shoes.


Pet Policy: A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $150 is required for guests bringing a dog. Only one dog is allowed per stay, with a maximum weight of 30 pounds. No cats or other animals are permitted.

If the pontoon is available it is $250 for the first day and $100 for each day after.
