Stunning views from the amazing front porch will take your worries away! This is one of the largest tiny homes in the area and comes fully equipped with a spacious kitchen, a giant walk-in shower, and an oversized TV inside! Sit by the outdoor fire pit and watch the deer. This place is magical for those who value nature and a gorgeous view! We are located a short fifteen-minute drive from downtown Fredericksburg.

The space
THE perfect getaway for couples.
Guests have access to the entire house and hot tub area. We do have a fire pit for your enjoyment. Please note that is conditional to the weather and drought conditions. If we are under a burn ban, it is windy and/or we are in a drought we do not allow the use of the fire pits for everyone’s safety. Thank you for the understanding.

No shoes are to be worn in the guesthouse
Please do not open the windows
Not suitable for children/infants over the age of 6 months
No pets allowed (owner is highly allergic and you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund)
** THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WALKING AROUND PROPERTY DUE TO HUNTING, DANGEROUS WILDLIFE AND CATTLE. **
We have a pest control schedule quarterly, but due to the house being in the hill country, you may encounter bugs or critters at any time of the year. We cannot control outside elements including the migration of insects during certain times of the year. We recommend bringing OFF Spray if you do not care for insects.
*Please understand that the property is in a rural area and wi-fi is NOT guaranteed at any time. The owners will not be always able to get wi-fi immediately for the guests.
You will need your own account for streaming services on the TV.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and the patio area where your private hot tub is. You do not share anything with other guests or owners except the entrance and road to the entire property.

Other things to note
There is ONE PARKING SPACE. Please do not have more than one car. Park on the gravel parking pad in front of the wooden fence next to the guesthouse.
