Ready for a 2026 get away? Crabana OKI is the place to be! This new, stylish, dog-friendly home is just a 5 minute bike ride or 2 minute drive to the beach! NO PET FEES! The home sleeps 8 and has an open concept living & dining with a fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of space to spread out in 3 generous bedroom areas. Enjoy your morning coffee or have dinner on the upstairs screened porch. Enjoy your evenings on the downstairs patio with tv. Beach chairs and linens provided, arrive to beds made!

The space
Welcome to Crabana OKI! This home is perfectly located in the heart of Oak Island, close to the shops and restaurants downtown. This home is about a 1 minute walk to the beach via 40th Street. Easy access to the intracoastal waterway and Veterans Park as well - perfect for fishing or watching the boats go by! Tons of space out back for the kids and pups to play.

Inside, you'll find this home to be newly updated with all new furniture, linens, and fixtures. The open concept floor plan allows for easy vacationing and entertaining. Enjoy the open living/dining/kitchen area for all your family time. Sip your coffee and enjoy your meals on the screened porch. Downstairs, you'll find a spacious patio with more sofas as well as the outdoor shower.

Don't want to pack all the kids's stuff? This home is also ready for kids and toddlers! In the bunk room closet you'll find a pack-n-play, toddler cot, baby gate, counter top highchair, potty training seat, cabinet child proof locks, books and toys, and beach toys!

When its time to retire, select from one of the three bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed and tv. The kids room has 2 twin bunk beds Both bedrooms share a full hallway bath.

Please note the yard is NOT fenced and pups will need to be leashed at all times. Pet owners - please clean up after your pets inside and out.
