Sleeping up to 8 guests, it features an open-concept living and dining area, fully stocked kitchen, and 3 spacious bedroom areas. Enjoy an unbeatable location just steps from the beach via 40th Street, plus convenient access to local shops, restaurants, the Intracoastal Waterway, and Veterans Park — a favorite spot for fishing, relaxing, and watching boats cruise by.

This updated home offers plenty of space for the whole family, including a spacious backyard area where kids and pups can enjoy the fresh coastal air. Inside, you’ll find a beautifully refreshed space with new furniture, linens, and fixtures throughout. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area makes gathering together easy and enjoyable.

Start your mornings with coffee on the screened porch or enjoy meals together while taking in the island breeze. After a day at the beach, relax downstairs on the spacious patio with comfortable seating, or rinse off in the outdoor shower.

Traveling with little ones? Crabana OKI is thoughtfully equipped for families with young children. The bunk room closet includes a pack-n-play, toddler cot, baby gate, countertop highchair, potty training seat, cabinet childproof locks, books, toys, and beach toys — helping you pack less and enjoy more.

When it’s time to unwind, choose from three comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and TV, while the kids’ room includes two twin bunk beds. The remaining bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom.

Please note: The yard is not fenced. Pets must be leashed at all times, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets both inside and outside the home.
