Set on nearly half an acre in a peaceful, country‑like setting, you can wake up to birds singing and, if you’re lucky, spot wild bunnies in the yard. Guests enjoy a firepit, gazebo, grill, volleyball net, and shared laundry.
Inside: king bed, 60" smart TV, new cabinets, countertops, appliances, and a vent hood. Extensively renovated but some of original features like flooring, windows, and doors were preserved.
Located in a quiet quadplex on a cul‑de‑sac near restaurants and local spots.
Drive times:
• Pensacola Beach – 25 min
• Perdido Key Beach – 33 min
• Navy Federal – 7 min
• UWF – 10 min
• Airport – 10 min
• West Florida Hospital – 11 min
• Downtown – 16 min
• NAS – 23 min
Guest access
You’ll have the entire unit to yourself, including everything in it. There’s a shared laundry room in the building with a washer and dryer available for all guests use. Please note that there are outdoor-only security cameras on the property for safety.

Guest Identification Requirements:
We reserve the right to request copies of driver’s licenses or government IDs for safety and security purposes

For bookings made more than 24 hours before check-in: Copies of driver’s licenses or government IDs, along with a full list of guests, must be provided within 24 hours of booking. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.
For same-day bookings: All requested documents must be provided before check-in. Failure to comply will result in cancellation.

• Please keep doors and windows closed and locked, especially when not in the unit.
• Some of our units are on the second floor and require climbing stairs. Please do not lean on the railings, and remember that stairs can be slippery when wet.
• Zero drug policy: violators will be reported to authorities.
• No smoking: $500 fee per violation.
• No parking on the grass: $50 fee per violation.
• Must be 25 or older to book. * We make exceptions for military and first responders.
• This house is not designed for children, but children are welcome under adult supervision. There is no child safety equipment.
• Pets (only if approved) must be on a leash in public areas. The pet fee covers normal wear and tear. By staying, you accept full responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by your pet. Please clean up after pets. Restricted breeds are not allowed. Will we approve your pet? Short answer is no.
• We reserve the right to charge for excessive utility use if usage is abnormally high.
• Retaliatory reviews will be removed.
• A signed lease agreement is required for stays over 7 days. It must be signed within 24 hours or the reservation will be canceled. Long-term bookings must be manually approved.
• We may require background checks for all guests.
• Florida has insects year-round, and we perform regular pest control. However, leaving doors or windows open can still let bugs in. Negative reviews based on insects will be removed.
• Hot surfaces caution: appliances like the stove can become extremely hot. Please use caution and keep children and pets away.
This property is best suited for guests who value a calm and respectful environment.
Must be 25+ to book (active-duty military, first responders, and immediate family are welcome regardless of age).
No smoking or vaping
No illegal substances permitted.
Routine Maintenance Notice:
Landlord (or its agents) will perform routine preventative maintenance at the Property on a recurring basis approximately every eight (8) weeks. This may include, but is not limited to, replacement of HVAC filters, inspection of the dryer, and other minor maintenance tasks.
These visits will generally occur between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM and are expected to last only a few minutes.
This is a standard recurring service to maintain air quality and system performance. Advance notice will be provided prior to each visit as required.
### Utilities
Utilities are included in your stay and are intended for normal residential use.
Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights, TVs, fans, and other electronics when not in use. Keep all windows and exterior doors closed while the air conditioning or heat is running.
To help prevent damage to the A/C system, the thermostat is limited to a minimum setting of **72°F** and cannot be adjusted below that.
Please report any plumbing leaks, running toilets, or HVAC issues as soon as you notice them.
**Abnormal or excessive utility usage that is significantly above normal residential consumption may result in additional charges.** Examples include leaving doors or windows open while the A/C is running, operating unauthorized high-power equipment, or other wasteful or negligent use of utilities.
Liability Release: By booking this property, you and all members of your party acknowledge and assume all risks related to your stay, including (but not limited to) the use of stairs, railings, hot surfaces, grills, barbecues, gardens, volleyball nets, or any other amenities provided. You agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the property owners from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during or as a result of your stay, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
