Welcome to this charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath cottage in the heart of downtown Ogunquit, just steps from shops and restaurants. The beach is a 7-minute walk, and Marginal Way is 2 minutes away. Please note: This is the lower-level unit of a two-unit home. While fully separate with a private entrance, you can expect to hear footsteps, movement, and general noise from the upstairs unit. This cottage offers a great home base for enjoying one of Maine’s most charming seaside towns!
