- Comforts of Home: Enjoy a flat-screen TV (local channels only), fast WiFi perfect for conference calls, and a fan to ensure your comfort on warmer days.

- Convenience: Enjoy the ease of self-check-in/out. For added security, a camera monitors the front door area.

Exclusive Amenities:

- Relax and Play: Dive into our garden pool (unheated) and unwind on the sun lounger – all within the Los Barqueros complex.

- Accessible Parking: Access to a small on-site parking area and ample free off-street parking nearby.

Additional Information:

- For longer stays, we can arrange extra cleaning with our cleaning company for 50 euros, at the guest's expense. Additionally, on request, we can provide extra bedding and towels to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

- We provide a starter supply of consumables that are not replenished (2 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, sponge and dishwashing liquid)

- There are 15 stairs to climb to reach the apartment.

- The double bed has a standard size of 135x190cm.

This studio doesn't have access to a balcony or terrace. If you are interested in a studio with a terrace, feel free to contact us for more details and we will be happy to provide you with the profile of our other studio that includes this feature.

Other things to note
All guests are required to complete an online check-in form and upload a valid ID prior to arrival. The host reserves the right to withhold check-in instructions if the form is not completed and the ID is not provided.

For guests with profiles created within the last three years and without prior reviews, or profiles with a rating lower than 4.5 stars, we require a refundable security deposit. The amount will be determined at our discretion and must be settled before the booking is confirmed and check-in instructions are provided. The deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay, assuming no damage to the property.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4.5 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
