Entrance via french doors (at the back) leading directly into the kitchen or front door (on the side) leading into the hall.

Downstairs Bathroom - Modern fitted bathroom with WC, Basin and spacious bath with rainfall shower over and heated towel rail

Kitchen/Diner - a lovely fitted kitchen with Aga Masterchef Range Cooker (Electric Oven and Induction Hob) Extractor hood, Fridge/Freezer, Integrated dishwasher and washer/dryer and a microwave and slow cooker. Wooden dining table with chairs. Table can be extended by folding out to double it’s size. High Chair available and stored in the cupboard under the stairs.
Sitting Room - a lovely light room with views over the village green. wood burning stove. Furnished in a contemporary coastal style with two comfy sofas, coffee table, SMART TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Also puzzles and games in the seat by the window and local guide books and maps.

Spacious multi purpose room with views over the village green with a single bed, chest of drawers, bedside lamp, bookcase with selection of books (including Children’s books), sofa, coffee table and desk should you need to work from home.
First Floor
Bedroom 2
Attractive room with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps. Chair, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Cupboard with extra hanging and where the travel cot is stored.

Modern fitted bathroom with WC, Basin and luxury bath with shower over and heated towel rail
Bedroom 3
Dual aspect windows and vaulted ceiling with exposed beams with a king-size bed, bed side tables and lamps, chest of drawers, sofa and cupboard with hanging rail
Outside
Parking is in the two allocated parking spaces directly behind the cottage. extra spaces if needed available around the green.
The property has a very pretty walled garden which is detached from the property and accessed via a gate at the top of the paved parking area.
It has an arbour, Beach Hut Store containing chairs, table and parasol. Charcoal BBQ available for use and we kindly ask it is left clean for the next guests.
Facilities - Oil central heating, with first nights fuel for log burner provided October to April.
Bed Linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided. Each adult guest is provided with a bath sheet and a bath towel. Hand towel and bath mat provided in each bathroom.

South Creake is a beautiful Norfolk village with a relaxed, friendly feel and easy access to the best of the North Norfolk Coast. Families and couples return time and time again because of the incredible beaches and extensive things to see and do for all.
