The ranch's 1361 sq/ft floorplan situates the main bedroom with attached bath at one end of the house, with the second bedroom and bath off hallway located on the opposite end. The common living spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry closet, and sunroom) are in the middle. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds.
