Welcome to Cooper's Cottage a beautifully renovated 1933 home in the Garden District of Pensacola less than one mile from downtowns historic Seville Square and Palafox St. where you will enjoy bars, restaurants , shopping, art galleries and more. Just 15 min to Pensacola beach and close to NAS home of the Blue Angels. Relax in our fully fenced, pet friendly back yard with gas grill, outdoor dining, lounge seating with fire pit. There are 2 bikes, outdoor games and more. Smart TVs in each room

The space
Newly renovated, two bedroom, two bathroom cottage conveniently located in downtown, Pensacola. The home is in the Garden District that has quaint older homes being remodeled while new homes are being added.

The spacious front porch has a swing for enjoying your morning coffee. As you enter you will find a comfortable living room with a queen size sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress, leather chair, coffee table, large smart TV featuring You Tube TV, Netflix etc. We offer a desk/work space area with complimentary smart phone charger for use during your stay. Make yourself a home cooked meal in our spacious fully equipped kitchen or if you like use the gas grill to barbeque some steaks. Full size washer and dryer.

Get a restful sleep on a comfortable queen memory foam bed with soft linens. Large En Suite bathroom featuring a rain head shower, dual sinks, hair dryer and hotel style amenities. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed along with smart TV. Second bathroom with tub.

Each bedroom offers extra pillows and blankets for your comfort and luxury towels in bathrooms.

Enjoy all the backyard has to offer with our large deck featuring gas grill and dining area. Sit back and enjoy a beverage under the Heritage Oak tree while lounging on the comfortable patio sofa and chairs. Other amenities are gas fire pit with table, corn hole game, darts, lawn games and more.

We offer two cruiser bikes with all safety equipment if you want to take a ride downtown.

Also beach chairs and towels to use at Pensacola beach just a short 15 minute drive.
