Downtown Monterrey, 5 minutes from the University Hospital, 10 minutes from San Pedro and 15 minutes from Parque Fundidora, Cintermex and Paseo Santa Lucia.

Each loft has a queen size bed. They come with body towels, pillows, quilts and clean sheets. The lofts have a mini-split.
