The space
Freshly renovated in late 2024, Comfy Penthouse sits on the 5th floor and was built for people who want to genuinely enjoy Athens, not just be close to it. We put care into every detail, from the quality of the mattress to the products we leave in the bathroom. The apartment is 63m², light and minimal, with a 30m² private balcony where you can have dinner above the city rooftops. Some guests barely leave it.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout. All windows and balcony doors are double glazed, fitted with shutters, window screens and curtains. Athens summers are warm, so we made sure the apartment stays cool and comfortable no matter what the weather does outside. We also put thought into the small things: bathroom amenities are by Apivita, one of Greece's finest natural beauty brands, and we cover everything down to toothbrushes so you can travel light.
Comfy Penthouse is in Sepolia, the authentic working-class Athenian neighborhood where Giannis Antetokounmpo grew up before the NBA found him. It is quiet, residential and genuinely local. A Lidl supermarket is 50 meters from the door and open on Sundays, with plenty of other shops and cafes within easy walking distance. Attiki Metro is a 2 minute walk and from there the whole city opens up: Monastiraki in three stops, the Acropolis area in ten minutes, Exarchia, Syntagma and beyond.
