Comfy condo with lofted bed across the street from Maine's beautiful Pine Point beach. Private entrance with one on-site parking spot. Queen bed in lofted area, efficient kitchen area with fridge and convection microwave for preparing snacks and small meals. Wifi and TV equipped with a streaming device. Perfect for one or two people comfortable sharing an intimate space after returning from a day exploring our local trails, beaches, and restaurants.

The space
Please note that the loft area with the queen bed is only accessible by the wooden ladder shown in photos. Most guests choose to leave their luggage on the main level during their stay. The headroom is lower in the loft space - less than 5’ at its highest point - but the area surrounding the bed is still spacious. You will not be able to stand up in the loft area. The ladder can be stood upright while cooking in the kitchen so that it is not in the way.
