Welcome to our beautiful villa located in Playa El Coco, Nicaragua just 15 min from San Juan del Sur. Our villa offers 3 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. 2 room features a comfortable king bed and a private terrace, while the other room has 2 cozy double beds and 2 personal beds and a bathroom.
Our house is perfect for families or groups of friends. You'll enjoy all the modern amenities, including air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The space
The property has everything you need to spend a completely relaxing vacation without worrying about anything.
- It has 3 common areas:
1. Main room right at the entrance, with a sofa and two armchairs, a smart cable TV, a stereo with bluetooth and a portable fan.
2. Outside room to enjoy the view, the sun and share near the pool.
3. Interior room on the second floor, to talk, read, or play board games.
- Dining room in a fine wood for 8 people, breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen with 6-burner stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker. There are kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, and cutlery set. There is also a charcoal grill and special barbecue utensils.
- It has 3 rooms:
1. Main Room is located on the second floor, it has a King size bed, private bathroom (includes towels) and private closet, terrace with a table to work and enjoy the sunsets, smart TV with cable, safe and Air-conditioning.
2. Private room: It is located on the second floor, it has a king size bed and bedding, private bathroom (includes towels) and private closet, balcony with a table to work with, smart TV with cable and air conditioning.
3. Shared room: It is located on the first floor, it has 2 Double Beds in a bunk bed, and 2 Single Beds in another bunk bed, private bathroom (includes towels), shared closet and Air conditioning.
- Access to the Beach:
To access the beach on foot, go down the slope of the mountain, once down, go to the red gate to the left, walk about 80 meters, you will see a vehicular path on the right hand but it is not that one, keep walking until you see a small pedestrian crossing to the right. Go down the steps and follow the path until you reach the main street. Across the street is a white mesh gate that opens onto a pedestrian walkway. The gate will be closed and a key is given at check in, use it and (open) and follow the path until you reach the sand.
Guest access
The house is located on the top of the mountain 250 meters from the bay of Playa El Coco.
To get there
[Private Vehicle]:
At the San Juan del Sur junction (km 150), take the road to El Ostional. It is approximately 18 kilometers. Note: there is an 8 kilometer stretch of rural road.
Once in Playa El Coco, the address is: From Parque Marítimo el Coco, continue 800 meters south, turn at the first entrance on the left (sign), follow the road, go around a curve and continue for 200 meters until you reach a red gate on the right. Go up the slope until you reach the top where Coco Beach Condo is located.
To get to the beach comfortably, it is best to travel by private vehicle. Note: Any vehicle can access it, whether it is a sedan, 4x2 or 4x4.
If you are more adventurous and have no physical difficulties, you can access the beach on foot, it will take you 5 minutes without rushing.
Other things to note
- This is a house surrounded by trees, lots of nature, and an spectacular 180° view of the sea. Due to these natural factors, you may find insects outside. We do our best to keep the rooms free of insects, however, we respect nature and avoid harming them.
- No drinking water is provided. Bring your own drinking water.
- Electricity consumption per day is 30kw. The excess consumption is 11.20 cordobas kw/h.
- Extra hour entry and exit fee is $20.
-Maximum house capacity is 12 guests. An extra fee of $20 is charged per person starting from the 11th guest.
- Ecoflow solar backup system for power outages. Powers most appliances and ceiling fans, excluding air conditioning. Includes safes and backup water tanks.
