Beachfront vacation rentals in Playa El Coco

Mary and Tim have created their own little paradise. It was our first stay here but certainly not the last. Both are very warm people and were always helpful.

Playa El Coco is a Beautiful private beach. The townhome was fantastic with enough space for our family. Great view of all the plants and the beach from the patio. The property is amazing. This is our 3rd time spending the last week of Dec at El Coco. They do a terrific job with maintenance. The beach is super close and you hear the waves crashing. We always enjoy walks around the beach. We also visited La Flor beach and had the chance to release sea turtles 🐢 into the ocean. The pool and gardens are kept pristine by the caretakers, We would definitely recommend Playa El Coco and James’ townhome. We will back next year

Such an amazing place to stay. The layout of all the cabins are awesome. Beautiful place to walk around.the yoga area was great. we will definitely be back next year once the construction is finished and the restaurant bar is open. Highly recommend staying here if you want to relax and be in a treehouse.

We had an amazing vacation and felt in paradise. Ideal for couples looking for a bice peaceful place to stay and if you surf, location is in between popoyo and santana. The outdoor area is beautiful and you are right on the beach. Bella treated us as friends and was always available and willing to go the extra mile. We will be coming back

Emeline's place was nothing short of amazing. From booking to check out, we had great support from Emeline, Carolina, Adonis, and all of the other people who make this area so special. We came towards the end of low season and it was amazing! The weather and waves were still great, but less crowded.... We loved being able to walk to several different surf spots from the property and how we could walk to several cafes, dogtown surf shop, and of course, dale pues market. Emeline's place is in the perfect area and you'll have so much fun exploring the area and looking for waves in the Santana and Poyopo area. Emeline also helped us arrange transfer from the airport, book a surf guide to explore more spots, and also connected us with a cook who came to the house a few days. I highly recommend this area and staying at Salty Surf when you're in Nica, we will be back soon! Gracias Emeline and Carolina!

Loved staying here. Our place was always kept clean and the staff was always available to help and make recommendations. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Close to surf breaks and gave lots of recommendations

Our stay at The Beach House was absolutely perfect. We cooked every dinner at home and The kitchen had more items than my own kitchen!!! Often, Airnb's have few dish towels and bathroom towels.. not the case here! Yay! The air conditioning worked great! Hot water too! The pool was sparkly clean. Sophie was quick to respond, and very friendly and accommodating from the time I booked to check out. She even let us know about local ceviche and coconuts!! I think the biggest compliment to an Airnb is if I would stay there again and I would say yes definitely!

Such a wonderful stay at Casa Margarita! Donna, Alma and Yader were all very friendly and responsive to all of our needs. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful and private location with a view that is better than the pictures. Great retreat if you want to hangout out in the local area and walk to the beach. We will be back! There are a few restaurants on the beach but I’d generally recommend bringing your own provisions. 4wd or at least high clearance vehicle recommended for dry season. For the wet season, I’d definitely want a 4x4

The place was beautiful and so peaceful! Loved the pool view! We were out of power for about 24 hrs, but that was Nicaragua and storm related, it did hinder abit not to have any cel or wifi service during that time, but i felt the host went above and beyond to compensate.. giving us a free night!..the dog and caretakers were a very nice addition, felt safe with them!! Also Jennifer was very helpful and enjoyed our walk to a beautiful rocky beach with her...would love to come back!

The stay in Nicaragua (San Juan Del Sur) was awesome 👏🏻. Everyone loved the place and we were able to have room for our large party. The outside area was awesome with a great pool. It was so close to the beach legit on the sand. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!!

Casa Yosi was absolutely stunning! The pictures don’t even do it justice, it is that much more spectacular. The house was cozy, clean, comfortable and with AC, they had a super well equipped kitchen too, with everything you need to cook, just buy your spices, oils and food and you’re set! The outdoor space was more than we expected, the pool was cleaned daily and probably the best pool we have had at an airbnb in Nicaragua! The outdoor seating area was so large that our small group of 4 could barely utilize it all but we did and it was relaxing! The hammocks and couches with all of the tables and rocking chairs truly made watching our breathless view a beautiful one! We were literally right on the beach and could hear the lovely waves all day. Maria and Manuel were the best care takers we have ever had and we live here! They can cook and clean for you if you ask as well. We will be back here again! Felipe was amazing host and was really responsive, thanks to you all!

Locating the house was kind of hard but we didn’t have to look very hard to find the place. House was clean, bathrooms were clean. Showers didn’t have shower curtains so bathroom floors were getting wet. Even though we were hit by a rain storm we were able to bbq and hang out at the house. The beach is really a 2 min. Walk. House is about 10 min drive to downtown San Juan del Sur. Quiet and peaceful. Clean swimming pool that was cleaned every morning. My family was satisfied with our stay overall. Couldn’t find cleaning supplies so we did the best we could. The house had overnight security. I highly recommend this place. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. House came with a dog that we really enjoyed having. Great experience.

This house is amazing! The living room with floor to ceiling windows, the open kitchen, and wrap around deck blended together perfectly. Gorgeous place that will have anything you need, and want. You should stay here

I highly recommend this place, the house is pretty clean, the pool is clean and has all the amenities that you looking for vacations, Definitely I’ll be back in the future. Omar is very responsive and Jose the caregiver is very friendly.

The house offers spectacular ocean views, where you can watch the whales migrating on the horizon, or enjoy a movie sunset. It is close to the round bay beach (a 15-minute walk through the forest), one of the most quiet and ideal for bathing. Also, during the days we were there, we were able to see turtles coming to spawn and other nests. The house is very cool and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor space is very nice. A house to repeat!!

We had a great stay. The house has an amazing view and it's just a short walk to Redonda Bay. We would definitely recommend.

Paz is an amazing host! She made us feel right at home the moment we arrived, and was very quick to respond to any questions or requests. The lodge is beautiful and it’s located in a great location that is close to the beach, restaurants, and a shop. Thoroughly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and wholesome stay.

We spent a few days with Martin and were able to relax super well on the beach. The beach is right outside the front door, the restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. You can also walk to various surf spots. Martin is a very friendly and loving host. Always helped when you needed anything or asked for advice. We highly recommend this place.

I have stayed in many airbnbs and this was the first one where I felt like the host was 100% responsive and helpful. I felt at home and safe. The beach is Beautiful and so is the casita. So many nice touches. One thing to say, walking at night it is very dark and a lot of stray dogs. Also bring your own wash rag! Not a big deal but good to know. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in popoyo Thank you both for everything. The birthday touches were very thoughtful. I will miss this place !

Beautiful home and the beach is beautiful. There are many useful items and Margarita is flexible and professional. We will come again! Looking forward to it

An amazing location!!! The property was beautiful and private. The view is as beautiful as it gets!!! If you’re looking for a peaceful place this is the place. The road in is a little rough and challenging but the payoff was well worth it! Overall the place is awesome. Don’t hesitate to stay here.
