This two-story 3 bedroom home is nestled among the native forestry on the slopes of Hualalai with both mountain and ocean views. Just seven miles and a 15 minute drive to the heart of Kona town and and 14 minute drive from Kona International Airport. Nearby is Pa’ina Place, a special event venue in a Hawaiian garden , Kaloko Cloud Forest tours, coffee farm tour and hiking trails, including the “Jurassic” trail (see photos). Plenty of space for your family to relax and reconnect. E kipa mai!

The space
The Kona Cloud Forest Guest House is part of a private 3-acre property and sits across a shared driveway from the host’s main home, while maintaining its own private entrance, parking, and full living spaces.

A Unique Forest Setting
The Kona Cloud Forest is the only cloud forest in the United States — a cooler, mist-shrouded environment different from humid rainforests. The property features awapuhi, heliconia, orchids, guava, avocado, and lehua trees, along with the sounds of native birds.

Guest access
Guests have private use of the Cloud Forest Guest House. Self check-in via lockbox (code sent morning of arrival). 2 on-site parking spaces directly in front of home. Quiet hours 9pm–8am.
