We will deliver the RV to the park of your choice. Cliffside Park (Quiet, less amenities yet very peaceful) or Jelly Stone Park (Tons of activities, water park, more child oriented.) Just arrive, settle in and start enjoying your camper with a view. The outdoor activities are endless and await your imagination. BEFORE YOU BOOK with us make sure a site is available for you at one of the two parks listed. If you need assistance just let us know.

Master Suite: A cozy Short Queen bed for a solid night's sleep.
The "Squad" Quarters: Comfortable bunk beds that the kids (or friends) will love.
Flexible Space: Both the sofa and the dinette easily convert into extra beds.

Skip the cooler and the campfire tripod. Our kitchen features:
A full Gas Range, Microwave, and Large Sink.
A Refrigerator + Freezer to keep the drinks frosty and the ice cream frozen.
AC and Heating to keep you comfortable no matter what the weather does.
A private bathroom with a flush toilet and hot shower.

Maximize your campsite with our Electric Awning. At the touch of a button, you have a shaded porch for the afternoon. When the sun goes down, turn on the integrated LED lights to create the perfect ambiance for late-night storytelling and marshmallow roasting.
📦 What We Provide (Pack Light!)
We’ve stocked the rig with almost everything you need:
Kitchen: Coffee maker, toaster, grilling utensils, and marshmallow sticks.
Linens: Fresh bed sheets, pillows, blankets, and fluffy bath towels.
Camp Life: Comfortable lawn chairs, an outdoor rug, and a lighter for the fire.
Essentials: RV-safe toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and a First Aid kit.

Just bring your food, drinks, personal toiletries, and firewood. We’ve got the rest covered!
🚐 Stress-Free Delivery & Setup
Want us to bring the vacation to you? We offer a full-service delivery option! We will drop off the RV at your chosen campsite, handle the complete setup (leveling, hookups, etc.), and pick it up when you're done. We even handle the tank emptying—you just show up and start relaxing.
📝 A Few House Rules
No Smoking: Please keep the interior fresh for all guests.
Furry Friends: Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis (additional fee applies).
Clean Up: We ask that you wash your dishes/pots and give the floor a quick sweep before checkout.

Guest access
Camper will be set up and ready to use upon arrival. Self check in. We will include chairs for the fire pit, grill, and many basic necessities. Keys will be located inside the entry door on the upper left.

Cats are not allowed due to allergies of future guests
We love dogs here but there are some basic rules:
Limited to one dog only
On arrival let your dog go on the grass before bringing it inside
Dogs barking frequently or for extended periods is not acceptable and you must tell them to be quiet right away.
All dogs bark occasionally, including mine, but it is your responsibility to control your dog and ignoring them until they stop is not an option.
Bring a blanket for your dogs when sitting on the furniture.
The towels are for humans only, please bring towels for dogs and muddy feet.
Please report any accidents so we can ensure they are cleaned up properly
and do not encourage future guest’s dogs to pee there.
If your dogs sheds hair then there is a vacuum cleaner to clean it up before leaving.
Dogs must not be left on their own except by prior arrangement. If they need to be left alone they should be in a kennel.
