The space
We are here to make your stay with us as enjoyable and relaxing as possible, with this home from home experience we have everything you need and more.
This three bedroom property - consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite consisting of a toilet and sink, two singles beds in each of the two other remaining bedrooms. Sofa bed pulls out for additional two guests for max capacity. All bedrooms have wardrobes with hangers and pull out draws, all rooms on arrival will be made with fresh white bedding and towels for each guest staying also each bedroom has its own smart tv all readily connected to our WIFI
Main bathroom - consisting of shower, toilet sink and storage. Bath mats, toilet roll and all wash facilities are included (shower gel, Shampoo, conditioner) all you will require is your toothbrush and toothpaste :)
Hallway - Storage available for for all shoes and coats, boiler also can be found in hall way.
Kitchen - We are so proud of our fully equipped kitchen readily available for all your cooking fry up needs, because everyone wants that banging breakfast whilst away! you will find -

Lounge- Lovely decorated lounge, with sliding patio doors leading out to decking with out door seating accessible to hot tub and BBQ, Electric log burner for that extra warmth for the colder months, or just to set ambience for relaxing evenings at home. Room consists of 40 inch Tv, coffee table, lamp, board games and a 3 Seater Settee and Two Reclining arm chairs.
Dining Area - Dining table with four chairs and a table, great for them cozy nights in for sharing a lovely meal with your family or friends.
Out doors - hot tub ready for arrival, with multiple seating areas provided on our beautiful wrap around secured decking with privacy trellis provided for a more private feeling.
If you are coming for an occasion then please contact us as we offer a wide range of decorations to help with the festive cheers. We also offer Afternoon Tea packages for guests to have ready for arrival. This consists of full table setting done ready for arrival with china plate and Tea/ Coffee facilities and food chilling in the fridge ready for your arrival. Guest access
Guest will have access to the whole of the caravan during there time of stay with us, access to hot tub will be readily available on check in up until departure.
Passes for Tattershall lakes will need to be purchased separately to use all of amenities on site. These can only be purchased direct by us. Contact us for more information and pricing. Please note it is best to book passes in advance to ensure you are able to book all activities prior your stay to save any disappointment. Passes do not need to be purchased for your stay, there is a pub on site you can use with out passes, chip shop and a little shop for your little essentials too. So depending on your type of stay these are entirely up to you :)
Other things to note
We can now also offer afternoon teas to guests for their arrival, why not start your stay with us the best way possible.
Afternoon tea will be ready for guests chilling in the fridge for arrival, along with all chinas supplied, laid and set on the dining table. Ready for your afternoon tea experience.
Afternoon teas are supplied by a local company to us and are all home made fresh on the morning of your stay. If you would like more information then please contact us :)

We also have high chairs, travel cot and bed guards for hire. Please ask for more information on booking. No need to worry about fitting everything in your car for your little ones, we have this covered.
If that all wasn’t enough we also have a gas barbecue with gas readily available to hire through us direct. Please ask for more information
