Welcome to one of a kind, modern yet rustic house in the heart of the Pocono Mountains.
Featuring 2500+ sq ft, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open concept kitchen/DR & LR, and 2 game rooms, Cedar Barrel Sauna (wet sauna OR dry sauna, available all year long), Hot Tub (available all year long), AND stock tank pool (available from Memorial Day through Labor Day) - perfect for winter and summer fun!!
Our home features wooden deck with patio furniture, pergola, and gas BBQ grill (we provide gas), natural fire pit, MINIATURE golf play area, 6 hole golf, swing set, AND play house for kids, basketball court for big kids, and kiddie basketball for the little ones, sport equipment including pool table, table tennis, air hockey, foosball, badminton, bocce, darts (standard outdoor darts AND fuzzy indoor darts), several toss games, Yardzee, and much more.
Weather permitted (snow needed :) ) we have few snow tubes that could be used by kids directly on our property as part of our backyard is sloped.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (Keurig, drip coffee maker, and French Press), toaster, waffle maker, blender, pots & pans, dishes, utensils and more…
The living room offers electric fireplace for ambiance. Each bedroom is set up with baseboard electric heaters and thermostats for personal temperature settings. In summer air-conditioning is provided as well as dehumidifier for added comfort.
There are 7 smart TVs on the premises with WIFI internet and Netflix and free smart TV channels (no cable). Guests are also able to log into their own TV provider.
All guests have also access to our laundry room with washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and in-suite bathroom. There are 4 additional bedrooms each furnished with a queen size bed. All beds come with fresh/clean bedding & linens AND we provide 2 towels per person.
Away from home doesn’t have to be less comfortable than being home. Everything in our house, from furniture to decor, from mattresses to linens and towels were hand selected to ensure comfort, convenience, and relaxing atmosphere.
The house is perfect for families and friends that are looking to spend some quality time away from their busy city lives.
The house is set up with a starter kit to help you settle down. You will be responsible to purchase for yourself anything you need once the supplies are used and/or anything that is not provided. We are within 15 minutes of several stores.
There is NO cleaning service provided during longer stays HOWEVER we can recommend our cleaning service to anyone who would like to set up cleaning services during their stays for their convenience. The guest is responsible for direct payment to the cleaning service.
Cleaning tools and some cleaning supplies (start up kit) are on the premises as well as washer and dryer.

The homeowner is NOT responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Guests should also know the following:
The house is considered a "split level" house which basically means that the main entrance leads to 'mid' level hallway from which there is a set of stairs leading to top level and a set of stairs leading to lower level.
Additionally, as we are located in the Pocono Mountains, guests might experience some wild life - from deer grazing in the back yard, insect (please keep doors and windows closed when not in use to prevent insect from entering the house), and potentially many other critters - wild turkey frequent our property, foxes, groundhogs, and occasionally (though quite rarely) black bears.
Which brings us to another important point - please let us know if the trash bins are full so we can come and collect the trash - the best prevention from any curious (and hungry) critters.
The Pocono Mountains are known for their scenic forests and natural beauty. Because of the area's rural setting, most power and communication lines are located above ground. On occasion, severe weather, fallen trees, or other unforeseen events may result in temporary interruptions to power, internet, cable, or phone service.
These services are provided by third-party utility companies and are not under our control. While we will gladly assist in reporting outages and sharing available updates, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are unable to offer refunds, credits, or discounts for utility interruptions caused by weather, utility providers, or other external factors.
No Cryptocurrency Mining or High-Power Computing: Cryptocurrency mining, blockchain mining, or other high-power computing operations are strictly prohibited on the property. Guests may use personal computers and laptops for normal work and personal use, but may not operate equipment that places excessive or continuous demand on the home’s electrical or internet systems - such as cryptocurrency mining equipment, mining rigs, servers, or other high-power computing equipment. Violation of this rule will be grounds for immediate termination of the reservation, without refund.
