Escape to the quiet beauty of Chappaquiddick in this contemporary retreat on three private acres. Sleeping up to 10 guests, the home features four bedrooms, a queen sleeping loft (not a private bedroom), and a detached bunkhouse for added privacy. Enjoy wraparound mahogany decks, outdoor showers, and easy access to beaches, the Chappy Ferry, and Edgartown via a short ferry ride.

The space
Tucked into the woods, where mornings begin with birdsong and evenings end under a blanket of stars. Set on three private acres, it’s wonderfully secluded yet close to many walking trails and the beautiful beaches and coastline that Chappy has to offer.

The house was designed to feel open and connected to nature, with large windows that fill the space with light and views of the surrounding trees. Each bedroom opens directly onto the wraparound deck — perfect for coffee among the pines or a glass of wine at sunset. The main house has four bedrooms and a loft, and the detached two-bed bunkhouse offers a cozy, private space for guests or kids.

It’s peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished — a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy the beauty of island life.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the main house, sleeping loft, bunkhouse, and surrounding outdoor living areas. Self check-in is quick and easy, with detailed arrival instructions provided before your stay.

The property spans three private acres, but guest access is limited to the maintained wood-chip and gravel areas surrounding the home. Beyond the property, Chappaquiddick offers beautiful walking trails, conservation land, and pristine beaches to explore.

Other things to note
Chappaquiddick is accessed via the Chappy Ferry from Edgartown—a short, continuous ferry ride that's all part of the island experience.

Chappaquiddick offers a quieter, more natural pace of life than much of Martha's Vineyard. If you're looking to unplug, explore pristine beaches, and enjoy the island's peaceful beauty, you'll feel right at home here.

During the summer season, the home is rented by the week (Friday–Friday).

Ample on-site parking is available for guests.

The home is supplied by private well water.

The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with high-quality cookware, serving pieces, and the essentials for preparing meals at home.

Two outdoor showers and a gas grill are available for guest use.

Linens and bath towels are provided.
Reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, though cell service may be limited depending on your carrier.
The home is served by a private septic system. To help keep everything running smoothly, please flush only toilet paper and avoid flushing wipes or other paper products.
