Vacation rentals with beach access in Edgartown

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

We spent our anniversary at Leslie’s place and it was a beautiful! The views and location was like no other and we would book again! Leslie was very responsive and even left us some dinner when we came in late from the ferry. The restaurant staff were friendly and it was everything described in the listing. We didn’t want to leave!

Good location, kitchen well-equipped, very clean, comfortable beds, and easy access to enter. Will definitely go back.

Carolyn’s place was everything we needed. Very spacious living area and well-appointed apartment. The town is very cute and her recommendations were awesome. Not to mention the beautiful views. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is wonderful for a family. It's our second time here and we probably will come again! The price is great and the place is immaculate. Officially, I think it's week-long rental or there's a minimum night stay, but Christina adjusted it for us so that we could come for three nights in October. It was a perfect vacation. We also used the yard and the fire pit and data hot dogs and s'mores dinner for the kids. The cape is so beautiful in off-season And this is a perfect spot to explore it from. Don't skip Scargo Tower and Scargo Pottery! Two gems right nextdoor. Fabulous private condo.

We looked forward to this stay having already experienced the care and warmth of Jonas and Reda. Our needs were totally met. A tidy, clean, comfortable and well-planned place was waiting for us. Our second stay was for over 2 months. We felt like we were part of Fairhaven, a historic and quaint, seaside community. We recommend this historic experience.

Roberto and Paige are warm, kind, and attentive hosts with incredible style and a beautifully appointed home and studio apartment. The grounds are lovely and landscaped beautifully. The attention to detail combined with an appreciation for how to create a welcoming space for guests makes this a five-star experience for a couple or sole traveler. They considered everything that a guest might need or want. The location is excellent and centrally located providing easy access by car to Vineyard Haven, Edgartown, and Oak Bluffs. The studio and the hosts are wonderful. My husband and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a restorative weekend!

We will be back- such a nice relaxing location... The view from the living room/kitchen is unbelievable We will be back in off season, but id love to rent the spot in the summer time as the beach and surrounding area is beautiful!!!

Absolutely adored this home and will certainly be back! Home was extremely clean and walking distance to the beach, even with toddlers. Excellent restaurants and so much to do locally! Hosts were very accommodating and responded immediately with anything asked! 10/10!

Erica’s place was exactly what we needed and she was a spectacular host. I definitely recommend. If you’re a family with kids, this is especially perfect as it’s a short walk to the beach and Erica has everything you could possibly need (sand toys included!). Highly recommend

We stayed at Chuck's cottage at the end of our trip through New England, and it was the perfect spot to wrap up our journey. Ideal location in a very nice neighborhood near the beach, supermarkets, and great restaurants. The house was super clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. It instantly felt like a home away from home. Chuck was responsive and provided excellent, clear instructions and recommendations in a PDF document. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

My family and I stayed at Jeff’s place this past weekend and it was wonderful! Even though it rained the whole time, Jeff left a lot of great recommendations and was able to accommodate us for a late checkout due to the weather. Beautiful place, very cozy, and steps from the beach. We will definitely be returning to enjoy all the amenities with hopefully better weather!

If you're planning a Cape getaway with a large family, this home is an absolute gem! We had both homes on the property, and it worked out perfectly—one for the early risers and the other for the night owls. The homes were incredibly clean and offered plenty of outdoor space. The property is surprisingly large for the Cape, with expansive outdoor areas to enjoy, and the outdoor shower was the best I've ever experienced—spacious and very private. Both homes were fully stocked with everything we needed to cook in, which we did a few times, and everything worked flawlessly. Even though it's on a main road, the traffic noise was minimal, and we always felt peaceful. I’m very particular about where I stay, but this home checked all the boxes. I can't think of a single negative. Dom, the property manager, was fantastic—super responsive to all our questions and truly a top-notch host! I hope this property continues to be available because I will definitely be back!

Eric’s place was excellent in every way. We travel to the Cape every summer from Ireland and the accommodation provided this year by Eric for our two week stay was superb in every way. We travelled as a family of parents with adult married children and our stay couldn’t have been better. Lots of places to visit, local beaches for early morning runs, local dining and activities. We know the Yarmouth area well but Eric provided lots of updated suggestions of where to go and restaurants we could visit. The accommodation is new, fresh, and very clean. These are all the things we expect and Eric certainly delivered in every way. The outdoor space was just perfect for lazy days sitting in the sun and evening get together with our family. We all loved it. Well done and thank you Eric.! We will definitely be returning. Best wishes for the rest of the summer season. Siobhan

We are repeat visitors to Kaios’ home, but it had been a few years since last visit. The rental is consistently excellent, but each visit brings new improvement surprises (decking, landscaping, grille, etc…). Kaios’s is a gold standard host. Excellent communicator and an all around friendly, chill guy. Pre arrival communication is proactive and clear. Any potential queries addressed to in a very timely and helpful manner. The house is wonderfully situated in a quiet, upscale coastal community. Although steps from the beach, the decor is more aligned with the zen woodland plot setting amongst tall trees, interesting flora and wildlife visitors… squirrels, foxes, ample birdlife and an abundance of pet dogs parading their owners. I hope everyone enjoys Kaios’ home as much as we do. Thank you, Kaios.

I have been going to Nantucket for 30+ years. We always stayed in Surfside but you definitely need a car if You are that far out. We decided in town would be better since we weren’t bringing a car and this spot was perfect. We could walk to shops and restaurants so it worked out great. The house was cozy and had everything we needed for our vacation. Super clean and comfortable. The back deck setting is beautiful. Loved being close to Hatches and Cumberland Farms for ice Cream runs. Would definitely book again.

To say the least this unit is better than advertised... Location, Location Location! Super clean, comfy beds, great parking...just easy!!...especially if you come in on the OB Ferry. Super convenient to all towns, but Oak Bluffs has everything and more to offer... Beach out front, super stores, excellent restaurants... We liked the Lucky Cat for dinner, Allai's for a quick hit/unique breakfast, The Overlook (maybe some of the best sushi ever!) for lunch and also dinner! Don't be overwhelmed by the waits... or the appearance of the crowds... they go fast! Heather is a spot on communicator and ready to help in any way. We look forward to a return trip!

Book it!! Just do it! After staying in Air BnBs throughout the US and in many other countries I have to stay Marc was the best host! Extremely responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. His place was perfect and he even had one of our favorite games, Skip Bo available! Overall, fantastic experience.

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend on the Cape! The condo was bright, clean and looked exactly like what the pictures showed. The view of the water/proximity to the beach was amazing, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to see and do around town. Would definitely recommend!
