It's in the absolute center of downtown, only 5 blocks away from everything in all directions. It is modern, colorful, clean, bright, full of original art and convenient to EVERYTHING. It has a front porch and shared backyard as well as a garaged parking space.

The Artist Loft is on the second floor so be aware that there are steep carpeted stairs to climb.
