Everything was as advertised! Adorable house right on the lake. Claire responded to my questions immediately. The house was perfect for our group of 6. Kitchen was stocked with all necessary tools, etc. Loved the view of the lake and being able to walk right out the door and into the water. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Thank you, Kati, for another wonderful stay at the blue cottage. Everything was great and the heater, which we have never had to use before since we didn’t visit in December before, worked very well! The place is terrific for us to stay and for Dinah to teach and it is wonderful to be around the corner from our family. We look forward to staying there again. Dinah and Larry.

Went for a basketball game at Crisler Arena. 7 minute walk. Beautiful views of the big house from the street. Prime location for sporting events in Ann Arbor. House was cleaned meticulously and presented as such! It was a lovely experience and really gave me a nostalgic feel! Will stay here again if I get back to Ann Arbor!

This is a lot more house than it appears from the outside! It is updated in every way from kitchen to baths to furnishings - and the host left ample supplies of everything we could possibly need. The area is very convenient to the city of Ann Arbor, shops and the highway.

This was the perfect place for a family football weekend visiting my U of M senior. We were all able to comfortably enjoy each other's company, cook a few meals, relax after a big football day and enjoy all of Ann Arbor! Great location, clean and comfortable. Dave and Reina were great communicators and accommodated our requests! Highly recommend.

We loved staying at Jim's place in Dexter, it was a wonderful location. We stayed for a few days while in the process of buying a home nearby. The space is very cozy and stocked with so many ammeties. It's within walking distance of the downtown area and a lovely segment of the B2B trail right near the library. Jim was an excellent host who went above and beyond to accommodate our family. I would recommend him and his home to anyone!

The Hail Loft is airy, spacious, with plenty of natural light, and well appointed. The area has plenty of cafes and restaurants to walk to. The parking pass for the garage next block was a plus!! Our host was very responsive with couple questions we had before arriving. I’d love to come back to this place for my next trip to Ann Arbor!!

“Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were a group of five families, and the property was perfect for all of us. The kids had a blast with the variety of board games and the gaming console, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The stunning river view was a highlight for everyone; we enjoyed peaceful mornings and evenings soaking in the beauty. The parking was convenient and spacious enough to accommodate all our vehicles with ease. The setup and amenities were ideal for a large group like ours, and we truly felt at home. Wow! What a view! We traveled to MI for my son’s wedding and needed a place to host us all. The property was beautiful. We had a wonderful time at the lake in this lovely pink house! We loved being right on the lake, waking up to the fog over the water. It was quiet and peaceful and the surroundings are beautiful - trees everywhere! The house itself is cozy and perfect for a family lake getaway. Plenty of space, comfy furniture, and an amazing sun room in the back with the fabulous view of the lake. About 25 minutes into Ann Arbor, but the drive itself is lovely, especially in summer and fall, and we liked being able to escape from town to our own private space at the end of every day. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to rent for a football game weekend for 3 couples. Lots of room to spread out. Easy access. Walkable to town with lots of food options. We used Uber to the game and walked back which wasn't too far. Maria was super helpful with advice on places to eat and check out. We loved her recommendations. The house looks like someone lives there but in a good way. Not an empty sterile or cheaply staged place. It felt upscale and nice. Highly recommend!! We will stay again if we are back in town with a group.

We had a group of 8 stay the weekend for an EMU baseball series. Place was very clean and comfortable. Didn’t feel cramped at all. 3 full bathrooms was awesome to have. Kitchen was stocked well beyond what anyone would need. Beds were comfortable. Robert was very easy to communicate and deal with. Our stay was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

We had a fantastic Christmas week at Laurie’s place! She decorated it beautifully for the holiday and we felt right at home. It was incredibly dog-friendly, with treats and toys waiting for our 2 dogs to enjoy. They especially loved the spacious back yard to explore. Laurie also had plenty of toys and necessities for our 2 small children, which was such a help! There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already thought through. Laurie is also very responsive and friendly. We loved our stay and highly recommend it - 10/10!!
