The unit features 2 double-sized beds and 1 single bed which could accomodate 5 guests most comfortably. In the living room, there is also a convertible couch bed, allowing the space to accommodate 2 more people. However, for maximum comfort, we recommend a maximum of five guests.

Other things to note
Security Deposit:
- A refundable P1000 breakage/security deposit is required. This will be returned upon check-out if no damage is found. The deposit may be used to cover repair or replacement of damaged/ lost items, or extra cleaning expenses.
Please ready IDs for each guests. It is our policy to be familiar of the guests coming in and out of our unit for security.
Early Check may be possible if the there was no prior guest before your arrival but we will have to charge an Early Check In Fee for P1000. Earliest Check in is at 9AM but let us know in advance so we can anticipate your arrival.

Please DO NOT:
- Smoke inside the unit—this is strictly prohibited.
- Bring pets, as per condominium rules, to ensure comfort and safety for all residents.
Please DO:
- Help keep the space tidy by following a “Clean As You Go” approach, a common AirBnb practice.
- Secure your garbage bags and dispose of them in the large trash bins located in the designated area of the 2nd floor.
- Treat the unit as your own home and enjoy your stay!
- We will take care of laundry, sweeping, and sanitation after your stay.

Xbox instructions/ tips:
1. To power on xbox, press xbox logo button in the game console (x)
2. On the tv remote, select display source by pressing source, then select hdmi 2
3. Then power on the controller 🎮 by pressing xbox logo button
4. If prompted to enter pin, you may skip this part by pressing B in the controller
5. Then select user "cedarpeak236" by pressing X button in the controller
6. Then you can start selecting the games you want to play 😄
