Welcome to 'The Boathouse' located on the canals of the Cove District in Sandusky, OH w/ views of Cedar Point! This unique property has direct water access from boat well, 1 deck, 1 screened porch and 4 kayaks. The home was recently renovated and many amenities added! Fully equipped kitchen, 2 master bedrooms and a bunk room on the first floor w/ pull out king! Electronic lock on boat well door for safety. Beautiful furnishings & linens - Not a party house! Boat NOT included.

The space
Space is about 1200 sq feet. All bedrooms have portable fans & Samsung flat-screen TVs and both master bedrooms have ceiling fans. Blackout shades in all sleeping areas! High quality bed linens & pillows.

Guest access
Code required to access the boat well & can be given upon request. There is access to flat roof from back deck but no one should be going up! Ladder to climb onto roof is off limits!

Other things to note
Our boat in NOT in the boatwell. If you have a boat you want to bring, it must be 22’ or less in length, not a sailboat and must have extensive boating and docking experience. We can discuss on a case-by-case basis.
