The space
Unlike most condo units, this one is truly spacious – 80 m² with a large balcony. There’s a constant cool breeze, and you can relax on the balcony with a drink while enjoying the mountain view.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning for comfortable sleep, while the living area stays pleasantly cool just by opening the balcony door and letting the 18th-floor wind in.

For spa lovers, there’s no need to book a sauna outside – the apartment includes its own private SAWO sauna room from Finland.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment plus the building’s outdoor area on the 4th floor. The condominium gym and swimming pool can also be used; the roving guards sometimes collect a fee of ₱100 per person (not always).
