Private 3-bedroom lower level 1600sq ft apartment. Follow the path to the back of the main house, here you'll find a beautiful space with large windows and plenty of natural light. Enjoy the warm gas fireplace, large flat screen TV. Make meals in the generous farmhouse kitchen. Sorry no full-size oven.
Relax on the paved patio overlooking the wetlands and listen to many birds. Steps away from TPC Wisconsin. Just a 5 min drive to the airport and close to downtown.

The space
Private lower-level apartment of main house. Make meals in the brand-new modern farmhouse kitchen, 3 bedrooms, large flat screen tv, fireplace, office space with a day bed to sleep one additional person, Private backyard and patio.

Guest access
Our guests will have the entire lower level apartment. The unit has it's own private entrance with patio doors to the backyard for guest to enjoy. Follow a slight slope grass/paver path to the entrance. The walkway may be an issue for folks with limited mobility.

Other things to note
Street parking, walking path to backyard to access apartment.
Heat/cooling thermostat is located on the main, (owners' floor). We would be happy to adjust temperature to your liking. Host's and their dog live on the main level of the house.

We live in beautiful Cherokee park neighborhood. There are many hiking, snow shoeing, cross country ski trails, minutes away. Fishing/ice fishing is also minutes away at Cherokee lake and Lake Mendota. Nature is all around you in a neighborhood setting.
