Newly renovated cozy home, modern touches with a vintage feel. Property is located on the edge of the Neversink River. You will be surprised to see the beautiful views of the river from the hot tub. Need a space away to get some work done? There is also an artist studio tiny house on the property that is included. Located on Rt 42 walking distance to stores, and bus stop.

The space
Bring your fishing pole and catch dinner out of the Neversink or just enjoy a cup of coffee viewing the river off of the tree deck.

Other things to note
Hello! We provide towels and washcloths. One for each guest. (Extra towels for hot tub are not supplied for homes that have hot tubs). We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and two dishwasher pods, one roll of paper towel and 1 garbage bag in the garbage container We have sample size soap bars/ body wash, shampoo and conditioner.


There is a charge for Gas for grill $25 per stay.
