Sparrow Bend River Retreat is a beautiful 8 acre multi-site vacation rental property with camping, RV sites and 2 vacation homes.
Casa Topo at Sparrow Bend is the perfect lake house for a group of friends or family with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths that sleeps 12!
With a private 300 yard stretch pf the crystal-clear, spring fed MEDINA RIVER only 100 yards from your patio, your party will spend the day exploring its majestic cliffs and coves, paddling/floating the river (tubes and kayaks provided for rent), splashing in the shallows, playing yard games on the lawn or sunbathing on a massive bolder.
Enjoy a delicious and memorable dinner in Lakehills (15min), Bandera (20min) or Boerne (25min). Or stay in and grill out on the provided propane grill and/or firepit grate.
Spend you evening sharing laughs around the provided fire pit as you take in the dazzling canopy of stars. (Firewood available for sale)

TOPO CHICO Room has a Twin over Full bunk bed, 1 twin size bed and 1 full size bed, side table, wall hooks and closet with baby essentials; pack n play with washable pad, high chair, audio monitor and baby bath.
TOPO BATHROOMS have in shower mounted Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner dispenser, as well as 4 wall hooks for towels.
Blow dryer, makeup towels, makeup remover wipes and feminine products are provided for guests.
The FIRST BATHROOM is located off Topo King bedroom. This newly renovated bathroom blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Featuring a freestanding soaking tub, double vanity, and elegant hex tile flooring, it’s a stylish retreat. Warm wood tones, subway tile, and thoughtful details create a spa-like feel.
The SECOND BATHROOM has a tub, shower head with detachable hose, vanity, toilet and storage cabinet.
All bedrooms and the living room have extension cords with USB ports and power outlets.

Other things to note
We seek to provide a 5 star experience for each guest and a major part of that is full transparency into what you're booking.
-The property has multiple campsites, rv slots and vacation rentals. Each is intentionally spaced to provide maximum privacy but be aware there may be other groups on the property during your stay.
-We do everything in our power to ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment at Sparrow Bend, and it is just that 99% of the time, but there are occasionally factors outside our control such as neighbor's music or neighborhood dogs barking.
-On occasion, folks along the river will play music and it can be a nuisance. If you happen to be there on one of those days, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reach out to resolve the situation as best we can. At the end of the day it is a river/lake property, as well as outside an city ordinances, so our hands are tied to a certain degree, but we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue.
-There is firewood available for sale. 7$ per bundle (1 cb ft or ~5-6 medium sized pieces). Reach out for purchase instructions.
Firewood is located in the center cluster of tree between the camper parking and the camper bathroom.
