What a great home. We arrive before Christmas only to find a Christmas tree in the living room and a wreath on the front door. Was a great touch. A perfect place to stay and feel so at home with all of the amenities and close to all.

Great little spot! My family and I were very comfortable here when we had to travel to San Antonio on an emergency basis for a medical issue.

This is our 3rd year and it was the best yet. It rained before we arrived so the water was murky, but that didn't stop us. It was a whole new experience with little waterfalls coming off the rocks. The next days it was beautiful, the water crystal clear. It's interesting to see the changes to the river bed year after year, it was actually easier to walk than years past. Turning left you can walk for forever. The deer are always around to feed and we even got surprised by a raccoon. We come here for the peace and quiet and that's just what we got. The house is perfectly stocked. It's pet friendly and the hosts are always so nice and responsive. This is the perfect vacation spot!

The place is in a quiet neighborhood , we had a big group of 11 people (counting in kids) - the 1 night stay was peaceful and refreshing. Thanks Gabriel!

From day 1 it was extremely peaceful, so quiet. It was a great place to come back home from work and chill on the back porch or the fire patio. The host was an amazing person who helped make us feel at home. I couldn’t say anything bad about the whole stay.

Was great nights sleep. All the needs for a stay over. Views were beautiful. Is the sort of place you really need curl up by river and read. Unfortunately, we were booked solid and did not have time to sit out near water and enjoy.

I had an amazing stay at Richie’s place in downtown San Antonio! The location couldn’t be better—it’s just a short walk to the iconic River Walk, making it perfect for exploring the city. The place itself is absolutely stunning—modern, clean, and feels brand new. It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Richie was an outstanding host, incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a great guest experience really stood out. If you’re looking for a fantastic place to stay in San Antonio, I highly recommend Richie’s place. I’d gladly book here again on my next trip!

Beautiful place! Perfect for our mini staycation!

This property was phenomenal. It was super clean & in a convenient area giving access to excursions all around the city. Kenneth was an excellent host that made the stay easy & seamless. He was extremely responsive & genuinely cared about my comfort during the stay. If you’re looking into booking I definitely recommend, you won’t regret it !

Bob and Patti were delightful hosts. We felt at home from the time we arrived to departure. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. All the details, from complementary coffee and water to a bounty of fresh towels and soaps, were thoughtfully provided. We plan to stay with them again when we next visit. Tres bien!

Karolyn prepared her place with seasonal decor and bedding. It made it a magical Christmas week for a dad and his son (age12). The fully enclosed sunroom was a wonderful place to relax. Karolyn had invaluable local knowledge and helped us plan our daily adventures. Her place felt comfortable and upscale at the same time. The central location makes it easy to explore the Hill Country in all directions without wasting too much time on the road.

Angela's place was exactly as described and made for a wonderful stay. The location was our favorite part—so many birds and deer that we ended up having breakfast on the balcony in the morning. The entire complex felt safe and really relaxing. Angela has been a fantastic host, extremely responsive with clear instructions. My family and I agreed that we would 100% stay here again when we come back to Canyon Lake. The only minor issues we noticed were that there could have been a bit more toilet paper stocked, and in the master bedroom, turning off the light switch also cuts power to the outlets. It wasn't a big deal; we just charged our phones in the living room while we slept. I wanted to bring it to your attention for future guests. Thanks again for a great stay! ☺️

Stayed while Dad was at nearby Methodist Hospital and it was perfecr for us. Very clean and well-equipped for our nearly two-week stay. Good communication and no issues while we stayed. All-in-all, a comfortable, safe, and convenient location!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay, my husband and I enjoyed our amazing and peaceful stay for our romantic getaway . I loved seeing the fox’s, Deer and fawns. The area was perfect. Listening to the baby birds and watch them hop from branch to branch at the balcony tree was so enjoyable to me. I loved the beautiful sunset. The bed was so comfortable, the pillows were even amazing! A getaway with a greats nights rest is much needed when you plan ahead for full days of excitement. I definitely hope to find a time to come back with our family it was definitely a memorable experience. The owner checked in several times with me to make sure all was well our entire stay. I would definitely give 5 stars! Wonderful Service provided!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful location for a few nights, and we were thoroughly delighted. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and the overall comfort of the property was exceptional. Each room was cozy and well-appointed, providing a truly welcoming atmosphere. We needed a last minute stay in San Antonio while visiting a loved one at the hospital. This location is close to the medical district. Getting to the hospital took less than 10 minutes, but it was also far enough away that traffic didn’t bother us. There are plenty of restaurants near by, whether you’re looking for chain food or authentic Mexican cuisine. The space was clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze, and our host was extremely communicative. We would definitely stay here again, even if it was for tourism purposes as it is an ideal location for anyone looking to stay nearer to six flags or sea world without paying an arm and a leg.

Would come back here in a heartbeat. Once you get past the dorm-ish hallways, it feels like a super-private stay even though it's a large apartment building in the downtown (maybe midtown) area. The great view of the river and the balcony made it incredibly peaceful. Plenty of light coming in through the windows plus the cheery decor made it feel light and and welcoming. I appreciated things like the French press, tea kettle, and toaster in the well-appointed kitchen. Workspace perfect- a great spot get some work done, but also enjoy the view and take coffee breaks on the lovely balcony. Location awesome- you could explore a different restaurant or area every day, all walkable, for at least a week. Or, if you want to veg and watch movies, there are two giant TVs. It's kind of an area in transition, so it doesn't feel too crowded, but still feels safe. New stuff popping up all the time... like the new food hall, Make Ready, literally across the parking lot. Loved it, thanks!

Great place to stay for a couple and close to everything!!

Loretta’s place is so beautifully decorated! It’s super cozy with lovely deers surrounding the property! It was quiet and very clean. I had a wonderful staying here. Will definitely come back if I need to be in the area again!
